This is in a very neighborhood, except that it’s surrounded by the ghetto and homeless. Also about a block away from the hospitals where all the homeless get dropped off.

The video is so shaky and in such low resolution I couldn’t watch it. Even inexpensive cameras can do 4K with stabilization.
