This is VERY cool and what I love about the club. You gave that guy the confidence to do something he was obviously capable of but might have backed out of if he thought there was no help available. Kudos!
Love this! That probably made a huge impact on his confidence and riding ability. Sad, I missed the MDS this year, I was lucky enough to do 22, 23 before taking a break from DS riding. Hope to see more MDS videos!
Ha, actually I thought this was Green Ridge which was similarly fantastic, but unfortunately I missed this (Grand Hollow) doing the B option. Next year!
@@soulglowho the first two options were my section. Canada Hollow and Lollipop. Both B’s. I think I rode that pig on them 82 times over the course of a few days lol. Having the 1st section though let me ride the rest once I was swept and dearrrowed so that was nice for a change. Lots of work goes into this. Hell those two trees on the main were just cut last weekend which took most of the day. Tons of cuts just in that small area. Let alone the work on the rest of the course. Months go into it. Just for a days event. Then Sunday we remediate all the trails building water bars and taking down berms. Part of our agreement with the DCNR. Well worth it though. The place is magical. I usually do both Greenridge rides in the spring and the fall. Might bring the AT to the fall one this year
@PennsylvaniaDualSport Nice, those first two B's were the perfect morning challenge, especially #2 which left me ready for some Ridge Road A/C haha. What you guys do does not go unnoticed. This was the best event I've done this year and me and the boys are still buzzing about it. Michaux is my backyard so if the DCNR genie ever grants wishes, it'll be for full time ATV trail access. One can dream....
That trail is like a little piece of Heaven to me. Riding in South FL is 24/7/365, but no real dirt and generally flat. If you job is riding a bike on beautiful trails, man, that's another little chunk of Heaven as far as I'm concerned ✌👍
He did. I saw him tiptoeing around the gate and thought that he could use his own personal sweeper lol. Trail in the beginning is full of loose rock so I’m sure he thought it was real sketch. Hopefully it added some confidence for the rest of the day
Michaux State Forest. Forest is only open to bikes for this event once a year. Check out Delaware Valley Trail Riders website for next years event. Act fast cause it sells out 250 riders in just a few minutes.

I definitely had a moment of bliss riding this on Saturday. Such a beautiful trail.
It’s an amazing place, isn’t it? Glad you enjoyed it !

Wow! What a beautiful place to ride!!
It really is. And you can only do it once a year, too which makes it even more special.
He did good.
