Master Killer is one of my favorites MC's inside and outside of the Wu. But, you're right, he's a quiet dude. Same with Deck. When Wu first came out, Deck was considered one of the best, but he just doesn't have a personality that lends itself to self-promotion.

Nah he wasn't on Hulu series because he didn't like the contractual agreements.He was still a consultant, but they couldn't use his name as a contributor until he signed off. He'll be on Season 2, if it ever gets filmed.

When it all comes down to it Ugod right. Its all about How Wu was managed, bad contracts, and poor decisions on the Wu brand. After they made Forever and they left that R.A.T.M. tour things started to fall apart. The 3 of the main 9 emcees was not focused on, thier was lots of side projects that aint make since. UGod Deck and Master Killer killed Wu tang Forever.
Man those guys couldn't sell records by themselves and u god and masta killa were terrible, deck was good for a verse not a whole song
why. does everybody believe that, it gets said once in a Vlad interview now its a historical fact. The side projects didn't have nothing to do with the Wu Tang Clan. Wu Tang Productions signed artist, they secured deals and made albums. That doesn't affect U God and Masta Killa. Killarmy made a dope album, Sunz of Man made a dope album, LA the Darkman made a dope album, Killah Priest made a dope album. How does that hurt the Wu and how does it hurt U God or Masta Killa careers. The other albums was mostly compilations The Sting, The Swarm(🔥),Wu Chronicles 1 & 2. And U God was featured on most of them.
The only thing that hurt the W is when cats started to stray away from the Wu Sound and the 4 or 5 producers(not just RZA) who help define it. Most these so called "spin offs/offshoot" artist were mentioned on 36 Chambers(Clan In Front intro)

Three artist dont really compare to the amount of artist that got they start with Wu and improved their lives and situation. He brought in 4th Disciple as an engineer, he chose the movie samples that painted the theme of the albums and he purchased the Logo that was used to brand the albums. Those are executive decisions. Is it wrong that Ghostface had executive producer credits on all those albums also. M.C. Serch got executive producer credit on Illmatic, all he did was negotiate his contract. Executive Producer, really. Damn cats really can't stand RZA huh.
