I don't understand why people always compare every city with Dubai 😂😂, jb dekho Dubai nahi Mumbai, Dubai nahi gurugram, Dubai nahi surat, Dubai nahi noida 😂😂 guys Dubai is sooo developed and beautiful... No Indian city can match, all Indian cities are so behind in terms of infrastructure, but they are developing... And it will take atleast 20 years to compete with Dubai or Shanghai or new york or Tokyo
According to the state government rules, builders can not build more than 23 floor building in surat. But recently, the government has approved 70 floor building in few cities of Gujarat which also includes Surat.
