GM. Missed this yesterday. Like the elevation. Good size 2 front bedrooms & bathroom. Rare to have the nook , kitchen and laundry upfront. Dont care for kitchens upfront or to be seen on entry but like it’s behind the foyer wall. Open concept. Good size primary and en-suite. 4th bedroom as well. Wow. That covered enclosed lanai and the size of the backyard is amazing. Wonderful room for a pool. The only changes would be to add a 1/2 bath somewhere if possible and painting to make it your own. Not a common layout but it works. Thanks for sharing Marlon.
