oh nonono for me it is motivating, I use that as a phrase when I'm procrastinating getting something done, because I find it creates more anxiety for me when I put things off and then feel unprepared. By "not letting myself down" I make sure I take the time to prepare (for an audition for example) and it actually eases my anxiety :)

My first job out of college was analyzing the global coffee industry. There are so many wonderful coffees out there that aren’t expensive - in lock down do a bit of research and try something else (anything else) than pre-ground mass produced coffee-beverage-product cum caffeine delivery powder.

I am definitely going to try to set something mid-day to structure my morning and maybe it will flow into my afternoon. I usually set something early morning and then let it set the tone for the day but lose steam at like 3 pm. I agree with the audiobook suggestion. Your tone is emotionally evocative so it is perfect for that. Lots of actors do audiobooks on the side. Even Harry Styles read a book for the Calm app.
