This watch is WAYYYY more accurate than what I originally assumed. And of course you should expect variance with the BIA sensor's readings after a few minutes or an hour. Your body is CONSTANTLY in a state of metabolism, so that's expected for the readings to change. Can we just take a moment to marvel at the tech available to us today and stop complaining about the trivial stuff like which brand is better etc? It really is amazing just how far we've come in the last 20 years.
One thing to note: I noticed in the clip where you measured your body composition using the gym machine, you had your watch on you. I am not sure if this did affect the reading (electricity goes thru the path of least resistance), but there is a high chance the electricity went thru the watch around your wrist because metal conducts electricity better than your body (probably). Either way, I suggest you measuring your body on that machine as 'naked' as possible. If it's not possible to be buck naked, at least wear a very thin clothing with as least accessories as possible. It's also been a year since you measured the accuracy of Samsung Watch 4. There might have been updates since then that may improve the accuracy. I'd love to see you do this test again but with more attention to detail on the procedure during the measurement. If possible, do this for a full week so we can see the accuracy based on trend as well (more data points mean more accurate reading overall).

Being the first video I watched on this channel, I did get a little bit confused at the later part of the review where the alphabets were used to denote the first letter of each category, as opposed to the usual "grades" or "ranks" that people award for categories.

So I can verify that this watch is more accurate than my bathroom scale since I did an actual dexa scan and was shocked how close the numbers are with the dexa scan and galaxy watch.

Apple watch is a bit more accurate but it doesn't have the muscle to fat ratio measurement. Also the rectangular screen offers more usable screen area to work with

Great video! Although I personally found the body composition fluctuates to the extreme. One day it says I have 33% body fat, the next it says 28.5%
