Thanks Ian. Really enjoyed watching your guitar demos over the last few months - helped to get me thru this weird year! I particularly enjoy your delicacy on the fingerstyle sections. Watching the videos has kinda turned me into a Martin guitar nerd! The wonderful thing is that my wife has been secretly saving up over the months - she's just ordered me a 000-28 ambertone, should be with me tomorrow. Can't wait! Thanks again...

Hi there. I personally prefer 18s because I like the midrange emphasis of mahogany. It works better for my playing style and the musical situations I usually find myself in.
