Yes you can. As I explained in the video, the settings I used is the fastest one, potentially catching every short term and sudden movement. By increasing the settings, you will have less noises.

No this indicator is designed for scalping on low time frames.
you can always change settings to fit any time frame. If you notice, the setting used in this video is TMO 1, 5 and 30 while trading on 1m tf. It means TMO 1 represents 1m tf, TMO 5 represents 5m tf and TMO 30 represents 30m tf. When these 3 tf agree, trend is likely to continue. Similarly, if you want to use 1H as a base tf, let set the first TMO as 1, second TMO can be anything like 4, 8, 12, 24, 120... which represents higher tf 4H, 8H, 12H, 24H (1 day), 120H (1 week or 5 trading days). Most traders just blindly use indicators without understanding the correlation between its' value and specific time frame, so don't waste your time to ask for their advice. And yes, all indicators can be used on higher tf, they even have less noise and higher winrate.

No it doesn't repaint. When the candle is closed, there will be no change in the indicator for that period.
