Question? I’m a superhost with 14 properties and 330+ reservations in a season with 4.91 average. High end $600+ a night properties. We’ve adopted AirBnB plus standards that we’ve enhanced. Our value rating is mostly 4 stars. Enjoy your videos as I can relate. Doing much of what you say. I feel as if guests know they are paying a lot so they would rather lower rate the value. For the most part other ratings are 5 stars and overall 5 stars. Any ideas or suggestions...?
Thanks for watching as always Stephane. Would appreciate if you shared it with like-minded hosts. Also, I'm starting a closed Facebook Group for Short Term Renters so we can all share ideas and experiences. Interested?
i'm up for it ! send me a link to the facebook page when it's up. Yes i've got some close family and friends into hosting this summer i'll be glad to share your videos.
Hello Richard. Suppose you are in a situation where as a host, your Master bedroom view is not really a sight for sore eyes (room overlooks a small work site with old trucks etc) but you have an amazing patio view, pool etc. Do I point out in my description the fact that the Master bedroom overlook a work site? In other words, do I include the not so attractive attributes about my place in description?
What he says about mitigation. Say we have pros and cons. We factor it in to the price. These are the pros and these are the cons. What the main reason people would stay is. It may be that you might have to do something out of the box. Like a stained glass window. Or some type of unusual window redo. It’s too bad you can’t find a way to block the view with plants or art or something.
We tried to purchase a set of king size sheets for our bed before trying them on our guest's Airbnb queen bed. Disappointed that you don't ship to Canada. Do you plan to do so in the near future? Thanks
I have a basement apartment. A boss booked it for his worker who was on crutches with a broken leg ! I can't understand why, but the guest hated it because it was a terrible fit , and the review was awful

You always have good intro/outro music, just a minor observation 👌🏾
