The whole point about such regional start-ups is propogating their available products to rest of India. I guess this is how we savour Darjeeling Tea, Gujrati Dhokla, Mumbai's Vada Pav, South Indian delicacies and the list goes on. Normal things also make great businesses.

I don't know the actual truth I might be wrong. My home town is in Uttarakhand but I live on Delhi. All I see is we make "pissi lunn"(that garlic salt) jsit for our own family. I don't know how many people are selling this salt commercially and on big scale because according to my knowledge most of the people make this just for themselves...
