I don't know the actual truth I might be wrong. My home town is in Uttarakhand but I live on Delhi.
All I see is we make "pissi lunn"(that garlic salt) jsit for our own family. I don't know how many people are selling this salt commercially and on big scale because according to my knowledge most of the people make this just for themselves...

The whole point about such regional start-ups is propogating their available products to rest of India. I guess this is how we savour Darjeeling Tea, Gujrati Dhokla, Mumbai's Vada Pav, South Indian delicacies and the list goes on. Normal things also make great businesses.

At this point, I honestly feel that Amit really is a good shark. He is business minded but at the same time he understands how important it is to support small business owners and help them grow the business.
