To add, they don’t offer returns so if you don’t like a piece your money is in the drain. They only offer size exchange which too takes too many efforts. Saying this from my past experience

Same with Aman's and Anupam's customer data. Also they can play the collab game of discounted pricing. You buy boat, sugar products you get discount coupons for LBB and vice versa.
With Amit they get tech and data science help to understand cistomer behavior and also advance their cohort analysis.
With Namita they get distribution channel betterment.

Very frank opinion: as she said customers are happy about their product, as a customer I was not at all happy with the products that I got. And to add they don’t have a return policy they only have an exchange policy or a size change policy. Talking about the quality its a very cheap material and thats why the cost is minimal. They really need to improve with the quality. Also to mention to get a voucher in return of the clothes is a big headache as well. I would never order from them again

If you want good quality then you won't get them at cheap price. You can't pay 1k-2k rs and expect zara like quality. Need to go above 3 or 4k
@@miyampertinum I don’t agree I have been a very regular customer of zara and h&m. Their prices are at super low during sales and the quality is just fabulous. Even the fitting of little box is not good which is expected as bare minimum from the customer
