Air Fryer Close Basket Issue

I don't have a solution yet, but am uploading this to share with support.

Had this problem with my twin basket Instant Vortex plus , one basket would not close properly.i adjusted the screws that attach the basket to the handle and made sure it was properly square which it was not before. Works fine now

After InstantPot support viewed the video, they sent me a new one free of charge. A manufacturing defect I guess.
