Exact same stats as the AK-12, except it has 10 less bullets and more horizontal recoil. Compensator and angled grip, and a few reps at your local shooting range and it's a laser beam as you say (850 RPM is pretty fucking good).
@@Asymetrical1911 for some reason I can far more easily control Type-89's true recoil(I use supressor and horizontal grip) but AK-12 with same attachments have a more considerable kick and gets bumpy lot more. Maybe it's because of magazine size, dunno.

You know i would say for defenders assualt rifles like skopos assault rifle its good because its a defender weapon which doesnt really have assualt rifels but i understand why theyre low

You have the audacity to put a SKOPOS' rifle above Jager's Carbine just because you cannot control the recoil the latter. Jager's Carbine does 42 damage with extended barrel, enough to 3 shot 3 armor, and it shoots 740 rounds per minute. SKOPOS does 40 damage, taking 4 shots to kill a 3 armor and 720 RPM. Only advantage the rifle has is that it has 6 more bullets. Another example is Finka and Thunderbird SPEAR-308. It does 42 damage by default, so it 3 shoots defenders, but reaches FOURTY SEVEN (47) damage. I won't even bother explaining why every single point of damage is extremely important. PD: Blackbeard's SCAR-H rifle does 49 points of damage with an ext. barrel, which 3 shots even a 3 armor defender with rook armor.

The scar 17 isnt the worst gun in the game by any means, what do you mean? The M12 is considerably worse, and the UMP is arguably not as good either. Not to mention the steaming pile of trash many of the shotguns are, like the super 90. You can say its a bad gun without needlessly exaggerating lol.
Type 89, arx and the v308 are the ars ive grown the most comfortable and love using the most personally. And in the case of the type 89 while it does have a low mag, hibana also has the bearing 9 as a backup which is also a top 3 secondary smg in the game

Hibana's Type-89 is A tier at the lowest. It's literally a laser beam with high fire rate. Not to mention with good damage as well.

I disagree for TYPE-86 is lower than ARX200.
i know ARX200 have better recoil control, but both is still controllable for avarage R6S Player.
