    I'm I'm Dallas county..will this work if my lists are a tRW file? Or would I have to use excel to convert trw? Great video..just subbed

      Thanks for watching and subscribing Ryan! I have not handled tRW files in the past. However, I see that there should be a way to programmatically convert it to an excel file - www.fiverr.com/anupks/convert-your-county-tax-delinquent-trw-file-to-excel-or-csv.
      The best next steps would be to reach out to Browse AI directly to see if the file can be downloaded and processed - help.browse.ai/kb-tickets/new. Also, feel free to send over a sample to me so that I can take a look to see if the file can be processed - arielherrera@analyticsariel.com. It may require a "custom web scraping" solution, but should be doable

    Very good! Can you use Browse Ai to make the list for you from redfin? And then import that list into your program to pull from?

      Thanks for watching! You can check out browse AI’s pre built bots for real estate, it includes Redfin as well - www.browse.ai/category/realestate

    I can see excellent potential for what you are doing, but from part 1 to part 2, you went from zero to hero at warp speed for those of us without Python experience. I'm interested in looking up eviction court filings in Orange County FL, so you are really not starting with a list. What tools/methods would you suggest I look into?

    • @TechInRealEstate
      @TechInRealEstate  2 года назад

      Thanks for watching and great question! There are numerous sources for finding lists for motivated sellers. For your use case it looks like the eviction court filings can be found in the link below. You could possibly use Browse AI to web scrape the data monthly and change the input parameters for DATE FROM and DATE TO.
      List source is another tool to acquire leads as well - www.listsource.com/homepage/index.html
      I also have an up coming course with a free preview on RUclips coming out in a few weeks in case you are interested in learning more on Python, Web scraping, and working with different US Housing Market data sources.

      @@TechInRealEstate Thanks for the prompt reply. I am familiar with listsource, used to use them a while back. However, you got me thinking about how I could generate the list in a more timely fashion every week, so it is fresh. It's important to get there first, particularly in my competitive market in greater Orlando. Will probably have to start learning Python :)

    What is the usage / robot and calls required for this process? Can you get away with this using the Starter subscription?

    • @TechInRealEstate
      @TechInRealEstate  Год назад

      Hi Lucas thanks for watching! Yes you can get away with Starter subscription, however that'd be based on how often you want to retrieve the data (i.e. every time there is a change vs 1x a month)

      @@TechInRealEstate I know some of the realtors serve multiple areas within the county. Hopefully soon, I can start working with one of them. I'm thinking about all the stuff you have posted and try to create something that could help somebody and just inform "what is next" in real estate

    I tried a few different counties to get "Owner Name" but no matter the county the bot always returned empty.
