You had an 80 watt solar panel, how long did it take to charge?
My 50 watt doesn't do it, and it's the one that came with it!
- I’ve never fully charged it with the solar panel. It was more just to demonstrate in the video. Is your 50 watt panel not charging at all or does it just take forever?
What was the solar panel you were using?
- it’s an 80 watt one from Chafon but I don’t think it’s made any longer
Do not power them in your house, I had a brand new 200W one and it wasn’t on charge for 20 minutes and it exploded and caught my kitchen on fire. Black smoke filled my house and black suit is on everything even in all of my kitchen cabinets 😢 I called the fire department and they said a few of these has failed and caused fires..

- yes. Most current tv’s use about 40 watts. It would power it for 3-4 hours

- it’s ok for just over $100. The biggest drawback is it doesn’t have pass through charging. Overall, it does what it says but doesn’t have any of the fancy bells and whistles

I just got one in about a week ago and so far so good. Its on sale on Amazon for $160. I’ll be doing a review on it hopefully this week. The one you reviewed is also a great starter generator.

went into protection mode and someone said to replace the fuse...I wish I knew how to do that.
- I had a similar problem where my AC outlets wouldn’t work. I emailed them and they sent me a replacement. Said there was a batch that had that happen
