      Achar ko fridge me rakhne ki koi avashakta nahi hai. Kyuki Achar me masale, namak aur oil agar sahi matra me ho to Achar kabhi kharab nahi hota hai.

      Achar banakar kitne din ho gaye hai bataye pls. Kyuki Achar banana bahut patience ka kaam hota hai.
      Achar jab taza rahta hai to jyada namkeen aur methi aur sarso ki vajah se kadwa bhi lagta hai. Jaise jaise ghulna start hoga vaise vaise kariyo ka khattapan isme mix hoga aur achar bahut tasty lagega. aap 6-7 din ke baad taste kijiye agar phir bhi kadwa lage to thoda gud/chini add kar de.
      Is sujav ke bad jarur bataiye ki apka Achar kaisa bana hai.
