I think, given their stubbornness to STILL make a universe, they’ll definitely use Spider-Man in their movies but it won’t be Tom (they’re very aware of the insane backlash it’ll cause). They also know people understand variants a lot more now so they’ll probably just make a new Peter (or like you said, pull one from the Spider-Verse movies). They could pull Andrew, but he WILL NOT come back unless they 100% know what they’re doing and have a fantastic plan laid out (which they likely won’t). That’s why I think he won’t come back for their universe (he only really trusts Marvel Studios tbh) and Tobey is honestly the same way. Andrew Garfield is in his 40s and Tom Holland will soon be 30. Holland is starting to have that odd look about him of a middle-aged man with a babyface. In my opinion, the MCU should be looking for somebody to replace Holland in a few years as the main Spider-Man. For now, in terms of Sony's alternate Spider-Man, it makes no sense to hire an actor who is 41 years old and try to rekindle an old franchise that didn't have much magic to start with. What they should do is go young, similar to the new cartoon, give us the first couple of years of Spider-Man's budding career, and keep everything "street level." Try to capture the Ditko magic and keep it all very real. Good ideas to play Spider-Man would would be Michael Cash Savio or Benjamin Pajak. Both have the right look. Both have done broadway and have the nimbleness in their form and movements. They're 13-14 now, but by the time a movie is cobbled together, they'll be 16, the perfect age.

Andrew Garfield is in his 40s and Tom Holland will soon be 30. Holland is starting to have that odd look about him of a middle-aged man with a babyface. In my opinion, the MCU should be looking for somebody to replace Holland in a few years as the main Spider-Man. For now, in terms of Sony's alternate Spider-Man, it makes no sense to hire an actor who is 41 years old and try to rekindle an old franchise that didn't have much magic to start with. What they should do is go young, similar to the new cartoon, give us the first couple of years of Spider-Man's budding career, and keep everything "street level." Try to capture the Ditko magic and keep it all very real. Good ideas to play Spider-Man would would be Michael Cash Savio or Benjamin Pajak. Both have the right look. Both have done broadway and have the nimbleness in their form and movements. They're 13-14 now, but by the time a movie is cobbled together, they'll be 16, the perfect age.
