    LOVE THIS ! I am running my second ultra with my gf(first one) and I am going to pass this on because it is a concept that we, as athletes, forget all too often since it is just so ingrained we just assume others know it already!

    I know what you mean regarding cold with humidity. We were in the panhandle of Florida last week and it felt so cold at 40 degrees and 85% humidity. 40 degrees here in Colorado feels much better with our low humidity

    Hi! Thanks for your videos, there super inspirational! Iv been working pretty hard at my runnijg form and seem to be gaining alot of posatives from it, however i have pain in my lowerr ight glute and hamsting, that sometimes seems to affect most of my upper leg. Any tips? Iv got btr 2 and have been doing some of the recomendations in there. Many thanks!

    God I want to get my xeros on again. Fighting faciatis right now though. I can only run in an Altra brand cast.

      Remember, PF is all about the calf. If you have BTR2 see the PF remedy. Focus on lots of deep tissue work to the calf.
