SmallRig Mount Failure - Insta360 X3 Camera Destroyed!

Could have been a little moisture (I dried it beforehand), but the otherwise very reliable SmallRig 4" Suction Cup mount failed and resulted in the death of my Insta360 camera and the SmallRig mount itself (the suction cup plunger is missing). Ugh. Otherwise, love the mount.
*SmallRig is replacing the mount and paying for the camera repair. Customer for life.
