    Wow Bravo
    I've done my share of research
    1st visit 2019
    There at least once a yr
    Purchasing property secret beach and in La Democracia (owner has more)
    But
    I have yet to see such a thorough, informative,no fluff, real, down to earth video as this.
    Thank you

      You’re welcome, I noticed in my research nobody included housing options for the financially challenged people.
      I made sure that people with modest income was the main focus of this video.
      I am glad you enjoyed it.

      I was frustrated in my own search because nobody seemed to give info that would apply to all income levels or they would leave the square footage information out.
      Researching about Belize I didn’t find any comprehensive videos about any of the Belizean builders.

      @@AncientOne222 Definitely lol. The prices I see for land online look SUPER inflated so I'll have to find some locals and fish around for two acres for me and my daughter's 😊

      @AncientOne222  2 месяца назад

      @@itsjustme5620 I purchased from a local but make sure it has a clear title and that they actually own the land, the further you get from the expat havens the cheaper the land.
      Good luck in your land search, another commenter mentioned where he purchased land the owner has more to sell, find the comment on this thread and inquire about it.

    I have seen the Belizeans in Punta Gorda use mahogany for doors and interiors. Their lumber is made to resist termites and moisture. What other building materials have you discovered?

      Some earthen homes but not many.

    Hi thank you for sharing this information. I am finding builders selling land and homes at very high prices. So, glad you found them. What about buying land? Do you have any information about that?

    • @AncientOne222
      @AncientOne222  Месяц назад +2

      @@arikesvision I bought land 9 years ago from a local, I have seen prices double since then.
      I don’t know of anyone selling any land at the moment, it’s best to go there once you decide on the area you want to live in and ask around if you are not going through a real estate company ( inflated prices) if you find a local selling you can always hire an attorney to draft a purchase agreement and check the title ( some U.S attorneys have lived there for years) Here is an attorneys name because they are not allowed to advertise in the country.
      You can find him on RUclips giving out great info ( Wrobel & Co. LLP)
      Prices have increased over the years and the more that immigrants from the U.S, Canada, and Europe move into the country the more it will continue to increase.
      If you are being called to move to Belize you’ll find the land that’s right for you at the right price.

      @@AncientOne222 Thank you for your support and for the attorney's information that is deeply appreciated. I plan on going this January 2025(as soon as I can fly). I plan on renting as I travel and see where my heart leads. I would love to meet you if you plan on going back in 2025! My ADHD be getting me too LOL! (listening to your video again)

      #1 I would never build a home without a contract in place.
      #2 I don’t believe people on the internet without proof.
      You said it took a year to fix problems with the 1 st home, you didn’t mention the 2nd home so i’ll assume you had no issues with it.
      What year were these homes built?
      Did you check the progress at each stage of the build?
      What issues occurred with the first home?
      What type of quality issues did you notice?
      If your intent is to help viewers you left out key details.
      Accusing someone of something without proof is a waste of time.
      Your RUclips page was started the day you commented 🤔
