Decathlon Pongori PPT100 Pingpong play (Mid-sized table tennis table)

Since I couldn't find a review for mid-size table tennis, so I bought one (Pongori PPT100) and try it myself.
With the price tag around 4000THB (~130USD), it is hard to not comparing with the lower end version of a standard table. However, a mid size table can actually fits and plays well in the living room which the standard table can't never offer.
Pingpong bat Decathlon TTRB 900 is a real deal for me who has never owns a custom racket. In the clip, the red player uses this bat and the black player use a custom racket that costs ~100USD. In the real competitive on the real table, racket differences might be more pronounced - yet has to be tested - but for exercise and practicing purposes, I think Decathlon performs very well in my opinion.

The reason this product would not work because most homes worldwide already have dinning table of same size. Only net need to be connected

Hi! A question. I could put only a midsize table tennis in my apartment. Does it count for light trainining and burn calories? How much calories? I play alternative with one hand and the other always drive to produce de more movement possible and moving both arms. Thank you very much answer will be apreciated.
