@@AharonSolomons Some context: I’m not looking at competition or depth - it’s hard for me to get much depth in Brittany, so I’m more interested in RV training for general pleasure in the water. MT mentioned doing a *single* RV walk as a warmup. Is RV walking something you could do more as conditioning/adaptation or does it require water to be useful? If it can be useful what do you suggest? I can transpose the same question to the pool. You talk about the importance of sticking with RV and not doing full lung dives until you have made some kind of transition. I imagine there is no set duration to achieve this transition, it will depend on training frequency and all kinds of individual factors. Could you go into what are the signs that you are ready to go back to full lung diving? Related to the single RV walk and what you mentioned about avoiding prolonged warmups. I get the impression that you are focused on the spleen release for a single effort - competition or PR. Can you talk about spleen release in relation to more moderate dives - spearfishing, and balade sous l’eau? I do think of this in terms of marine mammals who make repeated dives to forage/hunt and rarely approach their true limits if they can avoid them. I hope those questions are not too off-track for you, and that you get some more good ones for future videos.
Thank you very much 👍. Fantastic education.
Merci beaucoup Aharon et Maria.

Yes, you can ask. I would try to do a Q&A Video to answer.

You look good 👍
7min working dives sounds similar to the Bajau people with 15min breath holds while fishing. Lost in translation?
