Sir…it is known that workout must be high in intensity. However, the word intensity is very difficult to define as it is subjective to person’s overall schedule, mental, as well as physical conditioning.
I would appreciate if you could upload an informative video regarding the intensity and how can one person personally gauge whether his/her workout session was low, moderate, or high intensity. This could help individuals such as myself, who are training full body without any professional trainer’s advice.

Sir I generally work out 5 days per week and shredded with 9% body fat. I was keeping my carbs low to maintain fat% but to be honest, I feel fatigue and tired during workout. Should I increase my carb intake? I generally take 120 - 140 gm carb per day. Please reply 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I think you can increase it to 180 to 200gm, somewhere in between. You'll see massive improvement in strength and confidence.

Hi sir how r u ? I'm getting ready for my first competition 7weeks left. I increase my cardio to 3hrs a day . So if I break that into 3 part example- 1hr at morning 1hr at afternoon and 1hr after workout or should I perform 3hrs continuously. Which one will be superior or both r same . What you think about that?

Tnq for the valuable information sir. Generally it will take 24-48 hrs for our body to get glycogen replenishment right. So is it advised to take heavy carbs at least a day before our intense workout like legs ?
