    This is a pretty good vlog, all laws are different around the World but the UK does have some strict ones and heavy fines, if you don't comply.

    TV licence fee is currently £170 per year (£57 for Black & white rather than colour: unlikely). The fine for noncompliance is up to £1000 plus cost, I think you can also be charged for the evaded fees.

    you do not have to ever give your name in the U>K. We have case Law, Rice vs Connelly (1966) proved you have to provide no details to anyone. You are taking about statutes, not laws. If you drop litter, shame on you, but they cannot impose a fine without a name and you NEVER have to give your name to anyone
