I would like to know what advancements they had made in their method of determining the cause of death. Example 20 years ago what techniques did the use versus what they can do today because of technology in a much better understanding of migration patterns global pollution so forth and so on.

Unfortunately it's only going to get worse because the mass majority of the population has a predetermined systematic response to life-and-death. Preventing them from understanding aspects of life that could improve upon and maintain the quality of it in such a manner that each and every moment would become physically mentally financially spiritually beneficial rewarding allowing those a much better chance in becoming one with mind-body soul spirit mother Earth in nature.
