I'm 57 years old, but when I was 6 years old my dad bought me a used Honda 50 minibike. One day I went out to the garage to ride it around our back yard, but it was gone. I thought maybe it got stolen, or maybe my dad had gotten rid of it without telling me his plan. He worked at an automotive paint and body shop, and when he got home that day I asked him where it was, and he said he took it to work, but he'd bring it back home in a couple of days. Three days later he pulled up in the driveway, and then unloaded my mini bike from the back of his truck. However, it was no longer a run of the mill Honda minibike. He had chopped and raked the front end of the bike, so from then on I was the only little kid riding around the neighborhood on his own chopper.
Bravo for your grait work on this DAX, you have to turn the cylinder parallel to the ground for proper oil transfer to the cylinder head. thank you for sharing your technics and thoughts. Tasos
Awesome craftsmanship! Just wondering how you would insulate the brass bushings from leaking grease on the front axle?! And I believe you already uploaded this video some months ago :)
at 23:33 what are you using to fill the tube, i allways saw springs being put inside to avoid the tube to deform too much when bending but this is the first time seing this, can you explain what is that thing you put inside the tube? Also, its going very well

Surely the oil is pressurised and flows at most angles, or they would all overheat when climbing hills.

Could not finish this video for the hack craftsmanship.
Lets see some of your superior workmanship then, Mr. genius.
What's wrong with it?
I pity the person that tries to sit on it.

Oh nothing much, I guess it’s just that the triple clamp and crown looks like it was fabricated with somebody’s teeth.
