When you say Tiamat doesn’t help you clear I'm assuming you mean on udyr specifically, since he has good AoE clear no matter what you build on him yes?
I just started using it and it is still viable but the problem with running that build path is when your laners are stupid and they feed it makes it difficult to survive fed enemies since you don't have any health, armor, or magic resist
Now imagine this build if Gargoyle Stoneplate was still a thing
