So glad I found this channel - Michelle from " A Simple Life" recommended you. Your spinning wheels are beautiful - I only have a modern Ashford spinning wheel, but I would love to have a traditional one as well! I love your project bags and all your knitting.
Oh thank you Rosemary🥰 Yes, there is something special about the old ones❤. I'm glad you found my channel and I hope to hear more about your knitting and spinning💕
Just found you from the A Simple Life podcast. Love the spinning wheels. I’m watching while finishing my Christmas gift knits and baking. If I was to choose a pattern that I would really love to make it is 236-61 Lang Yarns Mohair Luxe Pailettes by Langyarns Switzerland. I’ve had it in my favourites on Ravelry for months. ❤
Hi Emilia! Your spinning wheels are just beautiful and what heirlooms! Regarding knitting I am the same way in that I need to have something in my hands at all times, or else I feel lost 😂 I enjoyed seeing some snowy footage of your area 😍 Wishing you and your family a lovely Christmas and New Year! 🎄🎁🎉
The old lady is truly my gemstone😍. Even if she were to stop working one day, she will always remain in my family🥰. Yes, what would we do without our knitting😅? I hope you have a wonderful Christmas💞
I am so glad I found your podcast! Michelle mentioned you (from A Simple Life podcast) and I'm so glad she did! I'm looking forward to your next episode!
So happy to see you posted today. The sweater is beautiful! I thought you would make more socks 😉 They seem so easy for you. You inspire me always. The yarn came today to work on my brothers socks. 3 younger brothers, no sisters, and they all live near my hometown where it gets very cold and usually lots of snow. I want to make them each a wooly pair of socks for ice fishing and shoveling snow. The pattern I would like is The Stockholm Slipover by Petiteknit. Hope you are having a good week 😊 Would you post some video of spinning on the old ladies? And I would love to see video of you plying also. I love spinning!!! How many grams of fiber will you spin for a DK sweater quantity 🤔 These are the things I want to learn about.
Oh Julie, thank you so much for your wonderful words🥰. Glad I can give you inspiration🤗. Socks are one of the best things I know how to knit. They are so easy to take with you everywhere🙂. So excited to see the socks you knit for your loved ones. I'm sure they will be put to good use🥰. Stockholm's slipover looks very warm and cosy😍. I could definitely do a video spinning my old lady and plying. I almost always spin up 1 kilo of fibers when I make asweaters quantity with DK weight. Most of the time, it only takes between 700-800 grams for the sweater itself, but then I have a little wiggle room😅 Hope you have a wonderful week💞
