Well done Nic, love what you do, you know so much, you always make the videos interesting, love all the history behind the stuff you get, we all need that motivation, to get organised thanks again xx❤
Thanks for the very much needed motivation in this quiet tight time of the year !! In a quick search I found those saucepans online however they are only available in America advertised as titanium ceramic cast pans at a price of $46.98 a piece. Looks like they also do an egg plant/ pear shape design one aswell. Le Creuset style keyword for sure !!!👌
I don’t think you can sell full time on ebay and be too concerned about things being neat and organised. I certainly struggle to not have a house and garage like a bomb site of unlisted boxes and bags for life full of stuff.
That was so satisfying to watch, Nic, I love tidiness and organisation! Just a thought... do the shelves get dusted? 🤔 Thanks for another brilliant video. Love it 👍
Hi Nic, I have tons of items to list, my house downsizing ready to move every thing, do you think listing in job lot;s work on eBay or better in single lots. I wish to sell so much asap
Tried to make a business account with RM but never ever get back to me, is it worth it? Is postage cheaper or what do you actually benefit from in the real world? Thanks
No offence but you really do appear to list some absoute rubbish. I cant see how this makes you a decent living? I presume you have multiple income streams? I've had a look at your eBay page and the majority of whats there are low value items. Maybe you tube pay well or something but I strugggle to see how a decent profit can be made from the majority of this stuff.
A little food for thought - unfortunately, putting "no offence" at the start of a sentence doesn't prevent it from being rude. As regards your opinion, though, it's totally valid no matter how it's expressed but the counter is that it's a huge world and vast amounts of things that may be trash to you, or me, or Nic, might be treasure to someone else and vice versa. When you buy and sell enough and regularly, you get a feel for what your corner of the world is looking for and I regularly pick up and pass on stuff I would have binned a few years back. Often newbies excitedly pay too much for something they know was valuable at some point only to find that nobody cares anymore. This is about knowing your market. I watch another channel which makes an excellent living on plastic models of anime and film characters, those hideous blob head dolls and so on, stuff I would happily throw in a volcano, and street sports wear that I wouldn't be seen dead in yet the guy is buying a house on it. Good on him, he knows his market and it's not me. That's ok, and if Nic's market is not you, that's also ok.
We do well out of ebay, and youtube has become a significant part of our income too - see a video a few months back that breaks down how much we make from youtube. We are also mortgage and debt free so we no longer need to earn much to be financially comfortable. ruclips.net/video/RufoHZtSnyU/видео.html
I’m sure Nic and Andrea have grips with their financial situation. I’m sure they know what money they need to earn to cover their costs of living. I’m sure their business model brings in the money they need. Do you know how much you need to earn to cover your cost of living? Do you have a business model that brings in enough for you? Or do you spend a lot of time on the internet picking holes in other peoples businesses? Do the work, do what is right for your needs, have a grip on your own finances.
no wonder you dont get anything done ! you say what you are going to do then ramble for a bit and then repeat everything you just said ! get on with it man !
I do love watching you get organised while fully aware I should be doing the same thing lol

Good job 👍... those ceramic door pushes are actually called finger plates..
and I'm 99% certain they're 1980s St Michael but can't quite match the pattern atm
Ahh yes...
Love the ceramic door pushers.
Thanks, I do too - Hopefully someone else will and will buy them :)

Well done Nic looks great 👍😊
I was just thinking about your channel the other day because I remembered one of your videos from a couple years ago ❤
Welcome back!
Watching you from hospital bed. Back in again. Would have a mad listing session for say a few days. Get it listed and get rid.
Thanks 🙂

No, they don't unless they are suddenly cleared and then I will give them the once over...
Phew...the thought of dusting the stock and shelving every week would give me heart palpitations ! LOL ;)

It depends what you have really - but I do love a job lot to shift stuff quick...
What music was you listing to nic while you did that. I find playing music helps a lot.
I think I had Morrissey on the stereo that day...
Is your income coming from sales or youtube payment
Both
I made this video to answer this question ruclips.net/video/RufoHZtSnyU/видео.html

I get cheaper prices than over the counter yes...
@@NicHills Hi Nic, sorry I meant is it cheaper than click and drop like ordinary public may use if they only send 1 or 2 items?
Thanks☺
