Use Riverside to make Podcasting SIMPLE 🎙 www.riverside.fm/?via=william-fairchild Thinking of Starting a Second Channel? 🤔 WATCH THIS FIRST - ruclips.net/video/t7HivgVQbXQ/видео.html
Loving the new channel! I’ve watched all your videos today and I’m sure I’ll refer back to them often. As the owner of a new channel that is spitting distance from monetization due to one massively successful video (and a few others that performed relatively well in comparison) the advice in this video is amazing. So cool to hear perspectives on this stuff from creators I like and respect. Thanks for the videos!
@@BillFairchild Thanks for the tip! I’ve never done a livestream before. That said, I blew past the watch time threshold a while back, so those last 100 or so subs will get me there.
Im a big fan of these videos where you talk to Richard and Jimmy! I have to ask in regard to viewer time, do you take messures to try and have a schedule that doesn't line up with similar channels? Becaise I know you guys are friends, but with such a similar audiences I can imagine you guys wanting to try your best to publish videos in time frames that minimize competing too much. Would it be worth looking at similar channels and their uploading schedules before trying to settle on your own you think?
@@BillFairchild I don’t mean in that way, maybe compete was the wrong word choice, I meant more as an example since you guys can easily comunicate and share news. Sorry if it came off like that, I think all you guys are awesome! In the context I meant compete as merely being view time during the initial release date :)
Yeah, I got ya. I can't speak for anyone else, I don't look at other's upload times to decide when I'm sending my videos. I do however look at when the people that tend to watch my videos are on YT though.

If you've got the subscribers, but you don't have the watch hours, do some live streams, live streams are a great way to build watch hours FAST.

No, we don't think of each other as competition. RUclips is not a zero sum game. In order for me to win, no one has to lose.
