I had one of those, I was feeling pregnant and took a test, I got a very faint line but then got my period a couple days later. Your Hcg level probably isn’t very high if it was a chemical pregnancy and I’m not sure if the digital tests would pick it up. 🤷♀️ Just a thought- might not be your case though 😊
I conceived 7.5 weeks postpartum and found out when my first baby was only 9 weeks and 5 days old. My Irish Twins are only 9.5 months apart. My first was born May 16, 2018, conceived my second July 8, 2018, and delivered my second March 2, 2019. In a couple months I will have two 3 year olds for 2.5 months until my oldest turns 4. A female can ovulate as early as 3 weeks postpartum.
The digitals take more HCG than a normal test and even with a normal test, you can get a negative even after you miss your period depending on when you ovulate and how long it takes to implant
