Hey Chris and Amy. My dad just passed away yesterday from prostate cancer and he loved watching you guys. It makes me happy to see this post but also makes me sad I couldn’t share it with him. Thank you guys.

A man on the run with nothing to lose is a very dangerous guy. I hope LE gets this guy quickly and Rachel and his other victims get the justice they deserve. Sending my condolences to all of Rachel's family, friends, and especially her 5 children. I'm so sorry for your loss.

kinda wondering why someone in that house that he “invaded”…..casually closed that door behind him as he left….(seemed to gently let him out..??)I think he is known by that family…it did not appear to be a desperate rush to get out that door AND someone inside DID close that door FOR him….ODD!! Thank you for covering this coast to coast monster. This is my hometown and I’ve walked that trail several times. Ma&Pa has lots of branches throughout the county, and she was on the most popular walk of it. The parking lot for it is usually overflowing. It’s absolutely crazy to me because growing up there, things like this never happened. I hope to see his trial on your channel soon.

What about what looks like a girl's arm closing the door "Casually" did she or anyone of the family members get a good look at him? I'm confused...
So you and I noticed the same thing. that guy was escorted out of the house too calmly. That was not a "dad's" arm closing the door. That was a Hispanic mom/daughter/sister/grandmother's arm. He was staying the night and was asked to leave nicely by someone in that house.

This maniac needs to be stopped permanently and we absolutely need to get back full control of our country's borders and vet all asylum seekers and refuse their entry rather than dealing with this unchained violence!

Especially the one from my home town, the case of Lisa Zeigert. She was a teacher at my school when she was murdered. She and I use to talk at every lunch period and had this little joke between us. I was crushed when she was kidnapped & murdered out of her 2nd job store. So heartbreaking. I’m just glad after all these years they finally got the guy!! Modern science was certainly a miracle in this case!!

It looked like he was having some sort of relations with a female in the house and had to get out of there quickly. I’m unsure how many robbers leave a house without their shirt on and are happy showing their face to the people they’re robbing 🤷🏼♀️

He had told the woman at the door no when he left WAY TOO CALMLY. They know who he is. No footage of him "breaking in" that's because he showed up with the rest of the family for the cookout. IF dad and Brother were protecting her, there would've been a bloodier exit for him.

I'm from Cecil county MD and this was all over the news when this happened... Such a shame, especially for the kids... That trail now has cameras along it now... It should be a crime against the State or County for not having cameras and other technology that could help convert crime in public parks/recreational areas!!!

Wait! He break in and attacked a young woman, is confronted by 2 males and was let out of the house so calmly? Someone closed the door behind him, if I find someone attacking anyone in my house, I would attack that person with anything I can find and hold them until police arrives, I wont show that person the door and walk him to it? That story is extremely weird.
I am not expert but the drawing does not look like the man on the video, he looks of hispanic but not as native as in the drawing.
Whoever closed the door behind him in video would most likely know his name. Couldn’t have been that “horrific” of a home invasion if that’s the doorbell video of him leaving the home after it, with victims slowly closing the door behind him. Didn’t look like “Father was giving chase” either.

Something does not add up. Either you have the wrong video or you missed the small slender arm and hand shutting the door! He did not flee from the home on the doorcam video. Someone from the inside closed that door and not in a frantic manner someone would if locking an attacker out of their home! This is the first time I have seen you make a "sloppy" mistake with your recap. IDK what to think but something doesnt make sense?
Also he had to have gotten scratched pretty bad that night!

I wonder if they have tried the dna testing that test for genetic familial matches for him? This poor family to have that much info and no one will come out makes me think he is staying with someone who has them in a dangerous situation not to tell but money eventually talks!

The similarities between this case and Georgia college case are striking. I know DNA has probably ruled that suspect out already but what if there's a connection? The popular running trails ,the injuries and the pretty petite victims are enough that you might think it was the same person that committed the crimes. I would like to say also that should it turn out that the perpetrator is an illegal alien with priors in the states or in their country of origin that we have our current open borders to thank for this poor woman's demise. It's so frustrating and sad that we aren't safe anywhere we are anymore. Rest in peace and my condolences to her family.
