S1E46 - "Attack of the Prehistoric Pokémon!"
The episode where Ash's Charmeleon evolves into a Charizard!
Also Togepi's egg just appears the hell out of nowhere at the end of the episode. It's not even foreshadowed or anything, Ash just rolls into it when he falls asleep its so bizarre.
