Hello im new and i already love this channel i know its TMI but my home life is stressful art is my passion and it helps me cope with my anxiety and depression and positive channels like yours really brighten my day thank you so much im only 21. I loved this video!! I have an idea for an experiment for anyone to do: paint any three metal water bottles and see which paint, or whatever, stays on the cup the longest. Keep up the amazing work girl!!
Your cups turned out so cute. I’m thinking if customizing a stainless Might Mug. Do you know how well the Posca paint holds up on that surface with multiple washings?
The posca probably won't even stick on because of how shiny it is you would have to sand it down to even get them to stick and you would need to seal it a bunch of times for it to stand up to washing.

0:43 is the best LOL!!! These all turned out so well but that alien cup is out of this world! (Ha, sorry.)
When your pen explodes, it MIGHT be because you’re pressing too hard. I accidentally pressed too hard on my posca pen and it exploded like yours. Oh and when you said you didn’t press, uh I think it was because you pressed hard when you were doing your past project with that pen. And then when you were painting/colouring again, the pen had so much excess paint on it so it exploded.
Why wasn't this video around yet when I drew on mine (a non-see through one though because can't find the frosted ones anywher where I live). Drew a raccoon with a reusable cup on mine because meta (it's the nickname I got from my boyfriend for some reason) and made one for my friend with her and her parents' Chinese horoscopes on it. Was satisfied about them, but they don't look half as clean as yours though :D
The alien cup is best! Acrylic gouache seems perfect for painting these reusable cups! Fun video thanks.

I was so surprised you did not prep the cups! a coat of gesso or even white paint would give you a better surface to work on! The blue came out best paint application, but I prefer the flowers! oh The TV show/books is The Expanse! Looks like your Hubby supports MARS! You do the best videos Miranda! I have some paint markers and the blue one started leaking for some reason. Need to be careful when I use it. I have a small wooden cross that I ended up accidentally getting a couple of blue spots on (painted white for the base) from said blue paint marker. No problem! I decided to paint flowers on the cross and painted black over the blue for the middle of the flowers. Save! Looks really nice. Sometimes it’s possible to make use of a goof.
The aliens are my absolute favorite. I kinda want to see you do another galactic/sci-fi themed project

Have you tried washing the cups and if so, how did you do it without removing the paint?
Never used paint pens but just a guess; soft side of the sponge, maybe(?) 🤷🏻
I know modge podge makes dishwasher safe stuff.
I'm not sure but wouldn't the surface be shiny from the mod podge?
