This gives me hope. My win 11 PC will playback my DVDs on all 3 of my media players (VLC, win video player and power dvd), however none of my burned DVDs will playback on any of them, not even VLC and that plays any movie file. I’ve tried with 2 rippers, 3 burners and a new external dvd burner drive to replace the one installed. Nothing works.

recently upgraded to windows 11 and for some weird reasons video playback issue started pouring in - video freezing up, some file format not playing, etc ... i ran the troubleshooter and was able to resolve the issue... thank u so much!

I was having issues opening up MPG video files on windows 11. Another way to fix this problem all I did was I right click on the video icon until you see (Open with) tab, and then (Windows Media Player) tab. Issues no more.
