Thanks for this. I got Farming Sim 22 as a complimentary PS Plus game, I fired it up and was completely overwhelmed by all the menus and stuff. There's so much information thrown at you that it can be hard to make sense of. You broke it down into the basics and provided a really good explanation for how to get started.
At last someone with enough brains to know there are many of us who have just purchased this game and even after doing the tutorial were left just as nooby as when we opened the start menu. My sincere thanks for this vid I learnt more about the game mechanics in this vid than i did in stumbling around the tutorial four times and watch countless vids of the professionals using a hundred mods that I didnt even know about, I hope your intelligence and compassion for noobs will allow you to make another of these tutorials for us noobs in what our next step should be after learning all the keys and things. Again my heartfelt thanks for this vid.
Great video, very detailed with the starter basics and machinery. A lot of other tutorial videos ignore or don't even cover the basics because they expect you to have the same mods and fancy tools installed that they do which is frustrating for an absolute beginner who doesn't have $90.000.000 cash already sitting in their bank account. Thanks and cheers! Edit: Subbed.
Thanks for this. Epic released this game for free and now I tryign to figure this damn game out. Seems like every other youtube video is Roleplaying or Throwing themselves bones with mods and stuff and I just wanna play the vanilla game so again THANK YOU
You're very welcome! I had been thinking about doing this for a while because I knew how lost I had been when I started playing. Seeing that epic was giving the game away I knew there would be a bunch of new players who could use help getting started so that pushed me to finally do it.
Been debating on picking up this game for the better part of the year. Gonna use this as my introduction guide once I start my save! I’m subscribed now and I’m looking forward to more farm sim content
That's awesome! I'm so glad you found the channel! Thank you so much for sharing that with me, stories like this inspire me to keep making videos and to keep getting better at them so I really appreciate it!
Ok, after getting real scared for a second, then spending a few minutes searching and then verifying, I can happily say that that is not the lyrics, lol. The song is "Emotions Like" by Alva Gracia. Apparently the lyrics are "Only put me back in Only put me back 'Cause you'll only put me back in Only put me back in love Only put me back in Only put me back 'Cause you'll only put me back in Only put me back in love Back in love Back in love Back in love Back in love Back in love Back in love Only put me back in love Love, love, love, love Love, love, love, love Love, love, love, love Love, love, love [Drop] My emotions like My emotions My emotions like it's all just a game to you My emotions likе My emotions My emotions like it's all just a gamе to you My emotions like My emotions My emotions like it's all just a game to you My emotions like My emotions My emotions like it's all just a game to you" Song: Alva Gracia - Emotions Like [NCS Release] Music provided by NoCopyrightSounds Free Download/Stream: NCS.io/EmotionsLike Watch: ruclips.net/video/yfxTYELfGLg/видео.html
Nice awesome guide, I must admit not a fan of the type of music playing while doing cuts and speeding some boring parts, but you know what you're doing clearly and I'll follow this serie closely FYI your playlist is out of order and start with the 2nd episode instead of the first one.
Honestly finding free music to use in videos has been the hardest part of all of this. I am open to suggestions if you have any. Thanks for the heads up on the Playlist order, I'll fix that as soon as I get to my pc. I appreciate it!
@@blackheartfarming Music isn't exactly needed sometimes, but I feel a farming simulator would fit with western and country music better, but to each their own, still awesome guide so far, hope you're gonna cover the production lines and how to make lots of money with them.
@@Dodge34 I have made a plan for a production line and will def show setting it up and keeping it going. as for making tons of money, maybe not, lol. I'm just going to set up a basic grain -> flour -> bread production because I think it is as simple as it gets but still a good example of how productions work
You may not have an answer to my question, but you might know where to find the answer. I've been out of gaming for quite a while. The last time I bought a PC game you bought a CD-rom or DVD-rom disc and had to use the disc while playing the game. If I were to download this game and the developer makes a new version, am I still going to be able to play this version or am I going to have to get the new one to keep playing? Ie. Many have said that the developer might be releasing fs25.
I do know the answer! There are three main points. 1) fs25 is going to be an entirely seperate game, so yes you will be able to keep playing fs22 once fs25 comes out. 2) if they come out with updated versions of fs22, you get to download that update and keep playing fs22. Even if you don't download the update your version of fs22 will remain functional 3) there are free and paid expansions to fs22 (dlc or downloadable content) that add to the base game and are completely optional to get I hope I answered your question. Let me know if you want to discuss this more in depth.
That absolutely answers that question, thank you. I kind of dated myself with the CD-ROM part. I know in the video you referenced some one giving the base game away free, can you recommend where to get the game with expansions?
Last week it was free for PC from Epic Games. That has ended, unfortunately. Steam has the Premium Edition right now for 50% off, so if you already know that you enjoy the game and are willing to put money into it, that would be the way to go because you get the base game and many of the DLCs for it for only like $15 more than the base game alone, so well worth it if you ask me.

Is it just me or did the music at 06:35 sound like the lyrics were saying "F**king guy" over and over? LOL Great video, though. Super helpful!
