- Our second vlog of our Scottish fun fair vlogs is from Ardrossan in Ayrshire
Another new ground as we visit Scotland for the third time this year as we track down new rides for us to try out!
Rides here consist of the exclusive Star Fighter, Codonas Star Chaser Waltzer, Sheldon Evan Twist, Miami, Paratrooper, Dodgems, Simulator, Slide, Fun House and plenty of juveniles.
Thia fair has already finished by the time this vlog was released.
Please note we use specific equipment to film on rides. We strongly suggest that you don't use your phone on rides.

Shame you didn't do the Paratrooper, it looked like a Maxwell one, rare and brilliant fun, one of my fav makes of Paratrooper. My local showman use to have one. Another great vlog Paul x
Aye, Scotland has some great rides, including some awesome funhouses. I still think Jungle Madness, Trent Irvin's Fun House and Carnival Magic are the best funhouses I've been on. Also the paratrooper was made by M&D Taylor.

@@Polysixchick we did do the paratrooper in Glasgow in January so not alls lost but totally agree with you. Would love to capture all the Showmen up there, but we've ticked a few off already

great vlog you two imagine see star chaser at hull fair this year i remember them simulators i've been on travelling simulators one i've been on it was the rocket one
A lot to live up against in Hull but Star Chaser would be in the top 5 for sure

the patch of grass which had rides missing was trampolines and bumper carz which also went north with freak out :)

I recently went to Irvine and got an 8 minute cycle on Starchaser in the dark. It was my last ride of the night and since it was in the dark, the ride looked stunning.
Not seen it in the dark yet! I reckon it would look amazing

The town is, as you say, a ghost town and the Three Toons By=pass didn't help any, either.

I went to this fair when it First opened and it was awesome. Didn't get as good a cycle on Star Fighter as you though. I'm heading to Bridge of Allan soon so hopefully I'll get a good cycle on there (I did).
Probably depends who's running it. The second time was much better though
@@PTVlogsUK yeah. It depends on how many people are on the ride as well. I've noticed the cycle is longer if there's more people on the ride.
Just seen yourselves on Beyond the Edge with Rick and Chris and came to check your channel out and what do I find, only my bloody hometown of Ardrossan, Ayrshire, at South Beach. It's pronounced Ar-draw-san or to us locals Ardrussin.
Crazy ayy!! That video of Rick's was filmed like 2 weeks ago, he's so far behind isn't he haha

Hi Paul, I enjoyed the video at yet another funfair!, how do you manage to get to these places in one day?. Do you just spend the six weeks holiday with Theo and just stay away for days at a time, it looks tiring to watch!.
On my days off, I become the vlogger. We travel around and do as much as we can in that time. We went to 4 places in 2 days from Blackpool

Paul footage of that simulator was fine though for future reference I would have liked to see I would have like to see it filmed from offride too as hard to judge onride.
Filmed off ride? Would have just shown the ride moving about, that's all
@@PTVlogsUK Yeah and I enjoy seeing that as I get an idea of how much it moves etc. Me and simulators don’t get along either due to a bad experience on a school trip once.
