He always called me “Little Lady.” His voice was so incredibly powerful! He was a gentleman, he NEVER forgot where he came from, and he wasn’t a racist. He kissed many black women on the lips during concerts. I got kisses on the cheek, but that’s how a gentleman treats a little girl. Elvis’ identical twin was stillborn. 35 minutes later, Elvis was born. I heard him telling my daddy, “My Mama said she had the worst day of her life AND the best day of her life in that 35 minutes. Yes, he was very kind and quite humble. But he was also morbidly obese. He died from a heart attack while sitting on the shitter trying to push out a three month old turd which had formed after a barium meal. It took five men to lift his bloated corpse onto a stretcher. God knows how they must have struggled to get down the stair at Graceland. So please. Enough of the BS. He was a great singer. A humble star. And a fat, drug riddled man who died very young from self-induced behaviours which hastened his death. May he RIP.
I’ve seen this footage so many times over the years. It always struck me how desperately sad he looks through this despite the occasional encouraging smiles to the rest of the band, he looks close to tears. But even then, what a voice. This song has been done by so many , and each no doubt could claim the words were true to them, but it somehow seems more poignant and appropriate when he sang it. Immense.
Elvis was a humble man who loved and respected all people,..not only his fans. That is why he is still and will be loved by so many of different people.
I was 14 years old when Elvis died. My uncle was a big Elvis fan and I with him. My uncle died in an accident in 1968 but we still share the enthusiasm for Elvis. I had tears all day when Elvis died. I will never forget this day.

Inspite of his health issues, he still sounded incredible!! I recorded that concert with my little tape recorder. And hung on to that tape for 20 years until it was lost in a move. Kills me it's gone. I will always love Elvis. I like to think he is in complete peace now.

The World is so very fortunate to have had Elvis for just a short time . He was only with us 42 years . There will never be another Entertainer of this magnitude , Never !
That's not true there was Michael Jackson and Freddie Mercury of Queen they were great artists to they all died too young because of drugs an unsafe sex
Only Michael Jackson was 2nd to Elvis. No others have topped them.💕 What a shame both lives were taken by drugs. They did it their way, I'm sure with regret now. 6/9/19
He deserved more credit whilst he was alive, as he was such a pioneer in so many areas of the business - first artist to get a million orders in advance sales for a single, the first (white) artist to come out with incredibly natural dance moves (as influenced by the black singers of the time but still had his own unique moves), the first to combine music in films and make it big in films, the first do a come back special and first "unplugged", the first live concert via satellite, and more. He influenced all the major acts that followed and they all respected the presence that he had that no other artist had to the same degree. He was quite simply second to none whose popularity is only comparable to The Beatles and Michael Jackson who each had their only special influences but came after Elvis and they too picked up from him certain things. Elvis came along in the right place at the right time. Nothing happens by accident and Elvis was no accident, he was a gift.
I'm not sure how much more credit the man could have received. He was told everyday how amazing he was and literally praised by everyone around him. If anything he needed people around him to bring him back down to "earth" and not let the spotlight be his only life. Had there been people in his life to do that for him he may not have fallen so deep into his depression. Who knows he may have died an old happy man. Sometimes too much "credit" can be detrimental!
Elvis was an extremely good singer and entertainer. In our life time's we shall never have another Elvis. American Triology is one of my favourite Elvis Song's. God Bless you Elvisx
The man is right, we don’t just want to see Elvis when he was young and fit, we certainly do want to see ALL of him, no matter what. What some people don’t understand is that Elvis’ fans love him completely, for everything he was, from the beginning to the end; seeing Elvis older and with broken health is all part of Elvis, his entire person and we love all of him. God bless you and keep you Elvis, rest in peace 🌹
That’s amazing! A truly chilling performance! I was 10 when he died. I remember where I was; I was a Beatle fan but the energy of his passing imprinted me forever. Now I see why he was so Dearly Loved.
I was 13 when Elvis died. I remember where I was too. I was at home. It was a hot summer day just before school started and the TV was on. They stopped all of the regularly scheduled programming with the announcement that Elvis had died. The King of Rock & Roll was dead and Elvis had left the building for the last time. I got to see him preform live twice. They always said that at the end of the show: "Elvis has left the building." It was very shocking to hear of his passing, and it was sad.
I wasn't even born until 18 years after he died, and I too can see why he so was so dearly loved. I've learnt so much about him over the years, and I love him too, not just as the artist, but as the man, he had a pure heart of gold
He will always be the king ,he had a heart of gold ,but I think he was not taking care of the way he deserved, R I P always be missed ur music will never die 🙏🙏💕💕
The tragedy is that with his entourage round him, a world that loved him, no one could save him. When you reach a level he did, it's lonely. Such a tragedy....still the king.

I share your experience. Sorry didn't get to see him in concert caz I'm from Jamaica now living in Miami. I'm a fan of Elvis from late 1960's. Have CDs and DVDs including gospel. Hope to visit Graceland soon. Peace n Love.

Immense.
Simply said, Elvis is one of a kind. Never in my life time or ever, will there be aonther Elvis.
I think Bieber came the closest
@@MatrixEdit what a joke 🤣🤣🤣
Elvis was a humble man who loved and respected all people,..not only his fans. That is why he is still and will be loved by so many of different people.
I was 14 years old when Elvis died. My uncle was a big Elvis fan and I with him. My uncle died in an accident in 1968 but we still share the enthusiasm for Elvis. I had tears all day when Elvis died. I will never forget this day.
Elvis always gave 110% of himself for the fans! Awesome performer , May you rest easy King Elvis!
No matter how bad Elvis health got at the end his voice never failed him.
Christopher Hopple In all of the live shows i have seen on youtube or where ever Elvis never missed a note. Like You and Esposito said Elvis greatest gift, his incredible voice never failed him

Elvis Presley was one of a kind. No one can ever match how wonderful he was. ❤

Gone but never forgotten! No one like him: the BEST! Love you Elvis!
Elvis fans love him through his entire career. He was beautiful and so very talented
Les images de ses derniers concerts sont toujours aussi émouvantes et fascinantes... Jusqu'au bout,le charisme et la voix sont là... Tu nous manques Elvis.
Somehow I wish he could see all the love & the comments every where & the good ones..I believe he was sending us a message singing this song he was so tired..I was 8 when he passed away my parents generation 💔 May he live on in generations to come 😘😘
Elvis Aaron Presley - thank you for all the joy you brought to my life!
God bless and RIP!
Beautiful...always was, always is and always will be the KING of not just rock and roll but music in general...this man was the heart and soul of song
VERDADEIRO!
he was a hypocrite. he asked Nixon to let himself be involved in a drug bust, for what reason I do not know.and he does from drugs.lennon was associated with drug use in his life, mostly because he was honest about his use and was shot down in the streets.elvis never wrote a song, his movies were horrible.however ,it took me 60+ years to realize it,but he does have an amazing voice.but so did the homeless man that couldn't shake his drug habit.
We were all graced with a very special human being, you are still truly loved Elvis!!!
Inspite of his health issues, he still sounded incredible!! I recorded that concert with my little tape recorder. And hung on to that tape for 20 years until it was lost in a move. Kills me it's gone. I will always love Elvis. I like to think he is in complete peace now.
He really did sound fabulous, even near the end of his natural life.
@@seanscott7070 yes he sure did. I noticed as he aged his voice became stronger and deeper.
Wow you could of sold it like this guy is trying to do. But he said he is only one who recorded but, you did and really someone else could have to.
Back into the loving arms of his
Heavenly Father♥️who Elvis♥️🎶Loves🎶♥️
AMAZING. MAN I FELT THAT RIGHT IN MY HEART. MADE ME CRY. YOU CAN SEE IN HIS FACE AND VOICE THAT WAS A GOODBY. OMG
but above all else ,right to the end his amazing voice never failed
+warren wayne I'll disagree. There were a few times when Elvis's incredible voice failed him. 1973.....and onward.
Oh Really, When?
Tony Trout You're off your rocker buddy.
Tony Trout you are full of B.S.

"His voice failed him. 1973.....and onward." I DONT THINK SO!!!!!
ELVIS WAS AND IS THE GREATEST FOREVER.He deserved much respect .
Still a legend to this day and he always will be! RIP Elvis! 🎸🎶🎵
Graceland needs to get a clue. In my humble opinion, these were some great concerts and Elvis' voice was very powerful. Release the tapes!
Tell Priscilla. If she can make any money off it, she will get it done.
He was very sick, very depressed,in a bad shape, but, on the stage, he was always THE KING!
anna maria facchiano So so sad! How i wish he could,ve got some rest instantly! Sure its nice to perform & he thought he must go on but its another thing when you need to take good care of yourself. Never mind ALL the rest of them, they would,ve understood. If NOT, to bad and well,, thats called ignorant!! . . . RIP dear Elvis 🌿🌹🌿
Julie ill have to disagree i cant believe reality hasn't set in by now
True
@Koletti Pireaus He couldn't leave those drugs alone.
so very True
Oh my Elvis!! The best looking man on the planet!!!! Always the enertainer!!! ❤
Ya that was the good old days! Elvis Presley! Thank you! Thank you very much! 🏃🚶🚶🚶🚶
The World is so very fortunate to have had Elvis for just a short time . He was only with us 42 years . There will never be another Entertainer of this magnitude , Never !
Well said brother that's so true
TheJackflash85 Exactly never again 😞
God bless Elvis Presley and God bless America
That's not true there was Michael Jackson and Freddie Mercury of Queen they were great artists to they all died too young because of drugs an unsafe sex
Only Michael Jackson was 2nd to Elvis. No others have topped them.💕
What a shame both lives were taken by drugs.
Ok
A gift indeed. I got goose bumps all over when I read that part.
He was the greatest entertainer of all time, loved you Elvis...
I live just 20 miles from his home town,Tupelo, Miss.,a great place to be from..
Forever Elvis Presley 💕💕💕
Don't ever forget this gorgeous man with the greatest voice of anyone will never be forgotten or replaced.
Heavy is the head that wears the crown 👑
he was a very nice looking man he had a heart pulling amazing voice. he looked so ill here :( but he still gave nothing than his best rip elvis
His grandson looks just like him
@@deborahthomes3383 he died, suicide sooo sad 😥😥😥

Thank you very much, Elvis Presley!
if i had the money i would buy this tape,i was 16 when i went to vegas too young to enter casinos we parked in the hilton parking by the trash containers i got out to throw a bottle into the trash and to my suprise i see a blue mercedes benz. limo car waiting, i turned to see what the noise was and i saw Elvis with all his men surrounding him, but i looked into his eyes he had a towl around his neck, as he went into the limo. we oly knew him from that song suspicious minds, but after i saw him i fell in love with his music and became one of his biggest fans. i traveled to graceland 3 times already, now yesturday i turned 60, and that my friends is my love story for ELVIS!
I share your experience. Sorry didn't get to see him in concert caz I'm from Jamaica now living in Miami. I'm a fan of Elvis from late 1960's. Have CDs and DVDs including gospel. Hope to visit Graceland soon. Peace n Love.
God bestowed that tremendous talent on Elvis Presley because of his humility, generosity, kindness and caring for those less fortunate. Elvis never forgot where he came from and will be remembered as long as the Earth continues to spin. I Love You Elvis!
Larry Blong
Larry Blong Well said! Seems to me, although he quickly made it to the top of the mountain, he never, never forgot his roots & where he came from! Bravo Elvis! . . . RIP 🌿🌹🌿

@@lisachan1213 elvis is alive!! Folks, hes doing well.
Elvis all the way to the top... He did it his way with LOVE !!!!!!!
There will never, ever be another performer with a voice like Elvis. That voice was a gift from God. Hearing him sing this song made me cry. People say that he was overweight and in bad shape but that voice , that awesome voice, he never lost. Rest In Peace, Elvis. Now you’re singing with the angels.
Was this Elvis's decline? He was out of shape, he was very sick, he was depressed, disappointed, he was hurt in the soul and heart, but he was always ELVIS,THE KING!
anna maria facchiano he saw how music was changing . he felt his fans left him behind.
Yep we all love and adore him but he was hurt and not free thanks to cournal and money couldn't visit other countries he was a prisoner in his wealth,
omg what a voice ...even thought he was only to live barely two more months he belted that song out as good as anybody ever could.....he never wavered in his singing...he was the BEST.
Tears rolling down my cheeks. Long live the king.
Thank you for sharing clips of the original footage. We'll always Love Elvis ❤
Hello Paula, how are you doing today, hope you’re fine and safe from the Virus?
Elvis was and always will be THE KING!!!!!!!!
Everyone has choices....Free Will by God Almighty.
Some are bad choices, some are good choices in every humans life.
Follow the world and the world will suck the living blood outta your soul if you let it Unfortunately, elvis Presley experienced alot of that.
Stay close , choose & follow Jesus Christ and not the world's glitter & temptations, and your reward will be great in the Kingdom.
There is Only One King, Jesus Christ.
Thank you Lord! 🙏
@@JG-ef2cn You know, several times on stage Elvis corrected fans who were calling him The King. He told them, "There's only one King, and that's Jesus Christ." There is video of this on YT.
King forever !!!
I. remember when he did this live ,an amazing man & his voice Elvis Presley the king ! Amazing as always!💖
Elvis was not fat. The medication he had to take made him bloated. I think he was still beautiful and so sexy. His weight had nothing to do with hie singing. He had a beautiful outstanding voice. Elvis was and will always be the best ever. No one will ever ever ever add up to him. Elvis you are very special and don't ever forget it. I will always love you RIP IN HEAVEN. ELVIS
You can see what he felt in his eyes...
Elvis gave us his All til thy very end.Forever in our ❤️’s

Wow, that was a powerful performance by Elvis in I Done It My Way! Great, stunning, gives me goose bumps when I listen to it.
The intro and him walking down the hall....like a god is parting the heavens. His My Way is so gorgeous and so tragic. Most uniquely talented man ever.
Since 1954 ,,,Elvis is still the best friend a song ever had period
