You can absolutely use a hand mixer on heavy dough, another good thing about them is you can get to the bottom of the bowl which the LG mixer does not, you have to stop the mixer and stir with a spoon to get it all together

Off topic, but have you tried the Wegman’s grocery stores in Morrisville or Raleigh? It is way further for us, so we haven’t checked it yet, but we love to stop at them in other states. We wanted to go this year, but obviously didn’t. They are huge stores in other states, so I hope our NC stores are also nice and big. God bless! Happy New Year to everybody!

A little different than Big Lots, but that is the closest store I might compare it to. It has lots of decor and gift items. We didn’t make it there, either this year. I didn’t even make it to Lidl, but I do have Aldi. My nearest Trader Joe is in Asheville.

Nice that the company is giving a discount. However, I am in Canada. Too expensive to order and have it delivered. Just checked...it can be delivered to Canada for $19.36. While I am sure it's a great product. Not sure it is worth almost double the cost to ship it to me.
Well if it doesn't get eaten up fast I would say a week covered up in refrigerator. Maybe even longer.but it doesn't hang around long enough for me to know for sure.

I use my hand mixer more than my large one, love the one you are using, lots of attachments, most i have seen have just the 2 for mixing
