we need more people like you in this world. i have been a victim of bullying and i had nobody who really knew what i was going through. Everything she said was so true.I used to be so confident, then the bullying came. i am still healing and some small things still get to me. but the rest makes me feel nothing, i feel empty as she said. The only person who understood was me, and I was the only person who could ever get myself out of a deep dark depression. I now have social anxiety. But that was 3 years ago. Things have happened and i still am healing. I have made new friends and my WHOLE mindset have changed, it was amazing. I am finally happy. 3 years ago i wouldn't be able to do half of things i can do now, simple things like talk to people and raise my hand in class. Some teachers critsises me, at the beginning it hurt. but now i know im stronger, happier and better than that, im not stupid im not just a dummb ass asian, im not just a nerd, i don't deserve people telling me that ii should just kill myself. I was bullied in my first year of secondary school. Both mentally and physically the boy who did it in front of crowds. No one stood up for so I thought no one cared. I don't know if anyone will read this or even glance at it, but I just need to say something. I was bullied when I was younger, but then I didn't care. As I got older I was bullied, and I felt like it was all me. Then I moved and I blamed myself. I saw that people didn't like me the way I was. See I used to be really outgoing, but when I moved I shut down. I was quiet and never spoke. That lead me to hate myself. I hated everything I did I could never see the good in myself. I still don't. And I'd like the few people who read this to know, this is the first comment I posted that I haven't deleted or canceled in a long time. I thought my comments were not good enough, I got that low. I am not a bully myself, but people need to know that there is ALWAYS a reason behind anything a bully does. What if all there life they had been going through garbage too? What if they don't even know how to be nice because they have never been treated nicely?! Scarlett Rose I get where you’re coming from, but that doesn’t give them a good enough reason to pick on someone who’s already defenseless. That doesn’t give them a good enough reason to pick on someone who’s already suffering just so *they* can benefit from it and run away from all of their problems. Making someone feel horrible about themselves will not make their situation any better. Everyone is going through something and even bullies and I get that, but just because they’ve got the power and the rage and all of that bottled up emotion in doesn’t mean they have to take it out on someone who doesn’t have the voice to speak up. Take it from me who was a bully and was bullied. There are other ways to cope with the pain instead of hurting the people around you and pushing them away. Belittling other people and making them feel worse than you will not take away the pain you have.

This was beautiful. I know it's hard sometimes, but to those being bullied, don't let people walk all over you. Understand that this suffering, although it may not seem like it at times, is temporary. And to the bullies, your words hurt like a knife, but your victims will only come back stronger than you ever could.
I am a victim of bullying when I was in elementary. It started when i was in 3rd grade to 6th grade. They make fun of me, sometimes physically, and emotionally. Boys at school call me ugly, and call me funny names and make fun of me. I was actually not that smart when i was in elementary and i was ugly cause i dont know how to fix or take care of myself. I have a few friends, but sometimes they make fun of me too. 7th grade, new school, some of my bullies or my old classmates are my schoolmates but i didnt bother cause im here for change, and i did. I become the first honor of my classroom. 8th grade, there are lots of boys going crazy over me but i didnt take it as an advantage, i stayed humbled and i told them to stop cause im not interested into relationships. I change. I remember my bullies calling me ugly, but now Im the muse of our section and everyone calls me pretty and amazing. I prove then wrong, I prove my bullies wrong. Sometimes when i saw my old bullies walking into hallway, They will smile at me. And ofcourse i smiled back. I knew they regret everything that they did. Cause that girl they used to bully who is ugly, stupid, fat is now, amazing, pretty, smart. So, dont let your bullies drag you down. Prove them that they were wrong. xoxo ❤️
I get bullied at school, they make fun of my name, my taste in music, my clothing style and my personality. I've got 31 classmates and only one of them stood up to me, only one said that it's not okay to say those kinds of things. Not even my own friends did something like this. What they did? Well when I asked them madly, they sent me threats and snaps, Dm's and messages that made me cry for hours and hours. My mom called the school angrily several times. You know what the teacher replied to me, after seeing the screenshots, hearing them say stuff behind my back? "You're not getting bullied, they're just messing around." That made my heart sink even more. I don't even want to step into that building anymore, I don't feel safe there, or neither at home, because I'm scared that I'm going to get threats again. Guess what, it's never going to end.

As someone who has been bullied by my ex-best-friend (and her mum) for the past 4 years, poetry has been my escape. I've written countless, emotional poems that will never see the light of day and this. This just struck a chord in my heart. Once my exams are over this year, I'm sending this to my bully and her mother. It just vocalises my internal voice in every way. Thank you for this.
I just want to say thanks I was being bullied by my friend, out of all the people in my school my FRIEND made me feel unsafe. This video made me realize how much I actually hurt and you made me feel so much better it’s summer for me and once summer started I felt safe I didn’t have to put my fake face and pretend that I was fine and now school starts in 5 days for me so I was so worried how I would be treated but now I am brave and happy to go back to school. That’s not all that happened during the summer I also forced myself to hideout in my room for weeks and only eat dinner no breakfast no lunch no snacks just dinner I started to lose a lot of weight but then I started to get healthy again so thank you, thank you for every time you made me smile every time you made me laugh thank you for making me strong again

I’ve been bullied for so long that I just ignore them and really don’t get botherd anymore I said for years I’m done and never really was since they were never done. There *fun* never ended. It carries on the school found Out but they still carry on. I’ve been bullied hard many ways. It is hard really really hard. But this has made me stronger and I know that if someone bullies you it’s because they see Something in you that they want or don’t have. It’s jealousy. There’s no other reason? They do it for attention. Their parents probably never gave them that. And if you are getting bullied suicide is never an option. EVER. You are basically telling them that they have won. They will love that then move on to someone else. Do what I do stand up to them. You aren’t alone 🤍
Fear is an weakness to everyone who is being bullied, it is like they are locked in a cage forced to fear their bullies trying to find a key to escape. She thinks that bulling is ok, and she can’t get in trouble because she is the counselor’s daughter. I felt like running away from school and I had to call my mom to pick me up. I had to force myself to go into my 5th grade classroom because of her. Luckily school is over, but I’m scared for what will happen next. But from my own experience, you just have to focus on yourself and your dreams. Because it's up to you and I'm sorry but I have to tell you this. This made me cry because it's true. The way people treat you these days is sick. This is a sick world, and I'm ashamed of my kind. I've gotten bullied, physically and emotionally, and verbally. People online always post something about me and tell me what a hoe I am, or the fact I'm not enough. This helped me. I'm still going through a rough time right now getting bullied at school, and I'm basically the talk of the school. I don't know what happened to these kids, but it's so unnecessary to treat people the way they do. But sometimes you have to pick yourself up and hold your head high and remember who you are, because you are special, and you're not alone. People love you, and so do I. Never give up. Never let them get to you. They're not worth it. But remember this, what comes around, goes around, and they are eventually going to get what's coming to them.

we need more people like you in this world. i have been a victim of bullying and i had nobody who really knew what i was going through. Everything she said was so true.I used to be so confident, then the bullying came. i am still healing and some small things still get to me. but the rest makes me feel nothing, i feel empty as she said. The only person who understood was me, and I was the only person who could ever get myself out of a deep dark depression. I now have social anxiety. But that was 3 years ago. Things have happened and i still am healing. I have made new friends and my WHOLE mindset have changed, it was amazing. I am finally happy. 3 years ago i wouldn't be able to do half of things i can do now, simple things like talk to people and raise my hand in class. Some teachers critsises me, at the beginning it hurt. but now i know im stronger, happier and better than that, im not stupid im not just a dummb ass asian, im not just a nerd, i don't deserve people telling me that ii should just kill myself. I AM BETTER THAN THAT. and now i know

I was bullied in my first year of secondary school. Both mentally and physically the boy who did it in front of crowds. No one stood up for so I thought no one cared. I thought it was my fault I though that everyone hated me. I was so scared of going to school i tried to make myself sick. Now 3 months on after I finally told someone my wounds are still bleeding
I’m a freshman and I get bullied everyday at school by the same group of people. I let them run over top of me but I’m to nice to tell them to stop, and when I do tell them to knock it off they still continue to hit me and pull on my hair. I just feel like giving up 😔

I don't know if anyone will read this or even glance at it, but I just need to say something. I was bullied when I was younger, but then I didn't care. As I got older I was bullied, and I felt like it was all me. Then I moved and I blamed myself. I saw that people didn't like me the way I was. See I used to be really outgoing, but when I moved I shut down. I was quiet and never spoke. That lead me to hate myself. I hated everything I did I could never see the good in myself. I still don't. And I'd like the few people who read this to know, this is the first comment I posted that I haven't deleted or canceled in a long time. I thought my comments were not good enough, I got that low. I get where you’re coming from, but that doesn’t give them a good enough reason to pick on someone who’s already defenseless. That doesn’t give them a good enough reason to pick on someone who’s already suffering just so *they* can benefit from it and run away from all of their problems. Making someone feel horrible about themselves will not make their situation any better.
Everyone is going through something and even bullies and I get that, but just because they’ve got the power and the rage and all of that bottled up emotion in doesn’t mean they have to take it out on someone who doesn’t have the voice to speak up.
Take it from me who was a bully and was bullied. There are other ways to cope with the pain instead of hurting the people around you and pushing them away. Belittling other people and making them feel worse than you will not take away the pain you have.

I know it's hard sometimes, but to those being bullied, don't let people walk all over you. Understand that this suffering, although it may not seem like it at times, is temporary.
And to the bullies, your words hurt like a knife, but your victims will only come back stronger than you ever could.
I am a victim of bullying when I was in elementary. It started when i was in 3rd grade to 6th grade. They make fun of me, sometimes physically, and emotionally. Boys at school call me ugly, and call me funny names and make fun of me. I was actually not that smart when i was in elementary and i was ugly cause i dont know how to fix or take care of myself. I have a few friends, but sometimes they make fun of me too. 7th grade, new school, some of my bullies or my old classmates are my schoolmates but i didnt bother cause im here for change, and i did. I become the first honor of my classroom. 8th grade, there are lots of boys going crazy over me but i didnt take it as an advantage, i stayed humbled and i told them to stop cause im not interested into relationships. I change. I remember my bullies calling me ugly, but now Im the muse of our section and everyone calls me pretty and amazing. I prove then wrong, I prove my bullies wrong. Sometimes when i saw my old bullies walking into hallway, They will smile at me. And ofcourse i smiled back. I knew they regret everything that they did. Cause that girl they used to bully who is ugly, stupid, fat is now, amazing, pretty, smart.

I get bullied at school, they make fun of my name, my taste in music, my clothing style and my personality. I've got 31 classmates and only one of them stood up to me, only one said that it's not okay to say those kinds of things. Not even my own friends did something like this. What they did? Well when I asked them madly, they sent me threats and snaps, Dm's and messages that made me cry for hours and hours. My mom called the school angrily several times. You know what the teacher replied to me, after seeing the screenshots, hearing them say stuff behind my back? "You're not getting bullied, they're just messing around." That made my heart sink even more. I don't even want to step into that building anymore, I don't feel safe there, or neither at home, because I'm scared that I'm going to get threats again. Guess what, it's never going to end.

World is much more bigger than that. You shouldn’t be wasting your time listening to them. They just need to hurt people to be good. So let them be far away from you. You are already GOOD. So now do something about your life and focus on the things you like . It's just a different way of seeing things.

As someone who has been bullied by my ex-best-friend (and her mum) for the past 4 years, poetry has been my escape. I've written countless, emotional poems that will never see the light of day and this. This just struck a chord in my heart. Once my exams are over this year, I'm sending this to my bully and her mother. It just vocalises my internal voice in every way. Thank you for this.
I just want to say thanks I was being bullied by my friend, out of all the people in my school my FRIEND made me feel unsafe. This video made me realize how much I actually hurt and you made me feel so much better it’s summer for me and once summer started I felt safe I didn’t have to put my fake face and pretend that I was fine and now school starts in 5 days for me so I was so worried how I would be treated but now I am brave and happy to go back to school. That’s not all that happened during the summer I also forced myself to hideout in my room for weeks and only eat dinner no breakfast no lunch no snacks just dinner I started to lose a lot of weight but then I started to get healthy again so thank you, thank you for every time you made me smile every time you made me laugh thank you for making me strong again

I’ve been bullied for so long that I just ignore them and really don’t get botherd anymore I said for years I’m done and never really was since they were never done. There *fun* never ended. It carries on the school found Out but they still carry on. I’ve been bullied hard many ways. It is hard really really hard. But this has made me stronger and I know that if someone bullies you it’s because they see Something in you that they want or don’t have. It’s jealousy. There’s no other reason? They do it for attention. Their parents probably never gave them that. And if you are getting bullied suicide is never an option. EVER. You are basically telling them that they have won. They will love that then move on to someone else. Do what I do stand up to them. You aren’t alone 🤍
Fear is an weakness to everyone who is being bullied, it is like they are locked in a cage forced to fear their bullies trying to find a key to escape. To break this weakness you need to stand up for yourself, and that is the key 🔑

This is to a girl named Mila, not my friends sister. She decides what I do and when I do it. She has been mean to many people, and has almost stole my only friend in the school. She thinks that bulling is ok, and she can’t get in trouble because she is the counselor’s daughter. I felt like running away from school and I had to call my mom to pick me up. I had to force myself to go into my 5th grade classroom because of her. Luckily school is over, but I’m scared for what will happen next. I’m sorry if this is taking up your time, but I had to say something to all the bullies in the world. They need to stop, and once they do, our world will become a healthier and a better place for all.

Every day I go to school I feel attacked,as if someone is already judging me. This made me cry because it's true. The way people treat you these days is sick. This is a sick world, and I'm ashamed of my kind. I've gotten bullied, physically and emotionally, and verbally. People online always post something about me and tell me what a hoe I am, or the fact I'm not enough. This helped me. I'm still going through a rough time right now getting bullied at school, and I'm basically the talk of the school. I don't know what happened to these kids, but it's so unnecessary to treat people the way they do. But sometimes you have to pick yourself up and hold your head high and remember who you are, because you are special, and you're not alone. People love you, and so do I. Never give up. I get bullied for my height everyday. It’s been over 2 weeks. Today I stuck up for myself and they humiliated me in front of the whole class and the teacher did nothing. She watched the whole thing. They made fun of my appearance and how my hair looks and my height. Words hurt. I’m so insecure and i’m so done. They don’t even say sorry. I hate myself so much. It’s my fault right? I just don’t want to be here anymore. They scare me and I just ignore them. I’m so done. I can’t take it anymore. Why do they do this to me. Why. Please tell me why. It hurts so much and I just want my life to end. They hurt me so much everyday. I’m sorry.
