During pregnancy (hamal ke doran), many women think about how they will be able to cope with labor pain during birth. The back pain (kamar men dard) experienced during labor and delivery can prompt a number of bodily responses that can affect both the mother and the fetus. It is important, therefore, that the pain be effectively managed. Epidural injections (kamar men injection) are the most popular form of pain management.
An epidural is a procedure that injects a local anesthetic into the space around the spinal nerves in your lower back. This anesthetic usually blocks the pain from labor contractions and during the birth very effectively. With an epidural, you can usually move and can push your baby out when you need to.
An epidural is effective and fairly safe. But there are some risks such as some women feel cold or itchy, a small number of women get little or no pain relief, some women get weakness in the leg or some women develop a bad headache 24 to 48 hours after an epidural. Whether you have an epidural or not makes no difference to the chance of you having a cesarean section.

Its been 15 months to my surgery and i am recovering from back pain but still in pain. Can't sit on floor for long, can't lay straight on bed properly. Obviously it was painless at the time of surgery but hard afterwards.

Yes i totally agree after c section i didnt feel any pain at that time Alhamdulillah but when i felt pain in my upper back i was diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency and that's it... moreover my anaesthetic was also very professional and very carefull about everything so ladies stop worrying about this myth plz

Dont know about pakistan but theres like 0,05 % chance of any problems after in germany and europe etc. It used to be a way bigger needle here but now its like so thin that nothing can happen
