I loved this! I watched Matilda lots when I was younger, it was some of my first memories of asmr as a kid! I love the part when she’s telling the glass to tip over that gave me so much tingles lol.

You have a perfect ASMR reading voice :) On a side note, I've always loved Quentin Blake's illustrations, here in the UK he produced some drawings for public safety pamphlets, specifically related to rail travel. There's one image in particular which I can vividly remember, a decapitation with blood comically spurting out of the neck, pretty dark but I'm sure it taught many a youngster not to lean out of train windows lmao.

I was one of the scary kids in the Matilda on Broadway (OM) show. I never read the book but I watched the movie a lot growing up. This was the way I could listen to the book in a way that I could focus on it properly! Thank you! ❤
