Thank you for really going in detail and linking some stuff about how you display. I have heavy duty shelves from Home Depot that look kinda ugly and I’ve completely maxed out my space so soon I’ll be mounting shelves on the wall and utilizing some of your methods here to make my limited space better. Also how easy is it to place the UCS falcon on the stand? I plan on getting one and mounting my shelf above a doorway in my guest room. So I’ll have to take the falcon up a step ladder and place it on the stand up there
No problem! I’m glad the video helped. If I’m being honest it is very stressful putting the falcon on it’s stand since it’s so fragile but once you get it locked on it’s much easier to move around. I think wickedbrick has a RUclips video that shows how to properly mount it to the stand too. Good luck moving it to the new shelf though just be very careful. I tried putting mine on a higher shelf and it stressed me out so much but I’m sure if you’re careful it’ll go well
@@theskyguystudios thank you for actually replying. I won’t be getting the shelf and stands for a few weeks but if I remember I’ll update on how it went, hopefully I won’t end up with my UCS falcon shattered on the floor

How does the baseplate hold up in the shadow box is what’s confusing me.
It's a little bigger than the interior depth of the shadowbox so it kinda just rests in place behind it

Do you dust your sets?
Yes but not often. Last time I did was about two months ago. I don’t usually dust unless it gets really bad since it takes so long to do
are you not worried about feet cracking for your minifigures on the stands ?
Funny you mention that I actually just bought those pieces that prevent the cracks. Never really thought about it until last week 😅
