They are evergreen and will keep growing in a cool, frost free environment. The important thing will be to try to replicate outdoor conditions as much as possible .i.e. good light plus regular watering to combat dry indoor air. With that in mind you might consider setting the pots in trays of gravel so that there is some humidity circulating around the plants, while at the same time avoiding have them sit in standing water. A cool room, porch or conservatory is better than centrally heated living room.
Now, we can't miss that (Bowles Golden Grass)! It is such a nice (and important) plant that we have actually made two videos featuring it... The first one was way back in 2012 & the second (more recent one) features it too! Here's the links: ruclips.net/video/g_XEnQKRiCQ/видео.html ruclips.net/video/1Z9pI2Pkzes/видео.html Hope you think we done it justice...... Thanks for your help in keeping us "right"!
Wondering if I could plant these in a bigger pot and place indoors so it would multiply during winter?
