Large August Unclogging At The Intersection

  • I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

Please listen to your body! Get a physical and tell the Dr about your fatigue. Be sure to tell them what you do! Mucking around in all that dirty water with all those bug bites!! Best to find out it’s nothing than ignore a problem. We all want you healthy and on the hunt for clogs!! Sorry about the lecture, it’s the Mom in me. Great video by the way!!! Amazing how much those little buggers can stuff in a small space.

If feeling tired continues, get tested for Lymes. I had this same symptom and didn’t even know I had a tick bite. I just felt “off”. It’s just a simple blood test and the sooner found, the easier it is to treat. You just never know. It’s not a big deal at all if caught early in the game.

It can be hard seeing a huge task and not knowing where to start. You always remind me that all it takes is to just take one step at a time, take the first stick, then the next and keep going, even if you only get a small clump it still takes you a step forward with every handful, then a bit later it's all done and so satisfying!

Your pumpkins wouldn't get large until the meddle of October, that is why one usually plants them with the corn when the corn dies, the pumpkin seeds start popping up, and will be large by the time of Halloween. Thank you so much for your great channel and all the fascinating things you show us!
Can I make a (cheeky) special request? I have seen some lovely fall colours in some of your videos in previous years and would really appreciate it if you could make a ‘leaf peeping’ one! Any information about what makes New England’s fall scenery so spectacular, the type of trees, weather conditions etc would be amazing too!
In the UK we don’t get really colours like that on the scale you do there, so I would love to see more. Thank you.

Post. - You single handedly keep the north east region of our country’s public and private drainage systems clog free; not to mention certain parts of Canada. No blockage within a thousand mile radius stands a chance after you have observed it. I personally can’t imagine what would happen if you hung up your hat for any extended period of time.
And, too: I believe I speak for all of us when I say you’re work is much appreciated; both the practical effect of it, and the thoughtful, kind hearted, ecologically minded escape into nature it provides to us watching on RUclips. - It’s truly a public service to everyone viewing.
Not to say you aren’t already, - but you should be proud of your example. Cheers from SC.

13:09 This is why i exclusively only watch your channel. I see so many other unclogging videos that will send everything through and wont check the other end and wont go through the thorough process you do to find secondary pipes and unclog not only the main blockage, but any blockage on the other side to improve the flow and not allow a bigger clog to form inside. Amazing video as always, hope you can continue finding culverts to unclog. Its also why if someone with no experience comes across a clog, its better for them to just report it than try and unclog it themselves.

Strange you were quiet about clearing out the stuffed culvert and when you checked the far side blockages were found and removed. Was that not the same culvert you loved with the mint growing beside and giving you a lovely smell for once and not the usual Moose poop. No matter what you do it gets well explained and we thank you . I did see one of your videos on FB that had no watermark and thinking that was the epic 2 day clearance of monster jam in the culvert and non removable sticks and floating stuff that you hopped out of there.
There is only 1 you we come to love. Respect Post.
