Op should've pressed charges as soon as he heard what the stepson was saying. He was not sorry. He meant what he did. His mom is an enabler. That kid is headed to jail. Op needs to divorce as wll. This kid is an AH.
Agree. Op worried about how this will go on his record when this boy literally showed how deadly his "pranks" can get. This needs to be on his record so that people know the kind of person he is. Op is also enabling his behavior by not holding him legally accountable, and asking for a flimsy apology he will never get. Like I'm sorry is more important than him facing consequences.
WTF? OP almost died. I do not care the age of the “prankster”. Death, is death. What was the margin?… 4-6 inches between injury and death? OP should have pressed charges and divorced the wife when she sided with her son. That the stepson has no remorse is a signal he has no clue what real life and consequences are. He learns now or we will be seeing him again in the future facing assault or murder charges, (with his “Mommy” still there saying please do not prosecute my son).
IDK why OP didn't file charges after the brat complained about being homeless to people? He could say he helped to supply accommodations for the lit'l $#!t. 😊
There’s a TikTok prankster that killed six people. This trial ended with him only getting 12 years. I saw that video on RUclips just a couple days ago. Talk about a POS.

"Pranks" are passive-aggressive attacks. Cowards always have excuses.
No pranks are fun. But pranks that don’t do mental and physical harm. “Pranks” nowadays are essentially Crime
Wife has skewed priorities, and needs to go. Divorce time!
He needs to divorce that woman. If she can’t see the fault and blindly protects her child who is not only a danger to himself, but everybody else
Dang the little ass couldn’t even clean up the mess!
I couldn't believe that. 😂

Divorce her
Don't date a single mom with a 14 year old son
Don't date single mom's in general. There's just too much baggage.
So you shouldn't marry a single father either!?
@Mrs_Sugar_Min probably not.
@@FreedomFinanceFun Yeah just to be even!

You're in the right. Wife should come home or divorce her.
