Fires have been crazy here in Northern California. All the national parks in Northern California have been closed and it sucks havnt been able to go out without driving crazy far. Glad to see you’re still out and about doing your thing. Be safe, have fun, and live life!! Thanks for the videos!Take care!
I like you, have always traveled searching for something unseen. The solace I find in vast open spaces I have hundreds of hours of video I just never post. I don’t know why, this channel I set up so my family could learn or me after my passing. I now have a family to share the adventures with though they don’t seem to have the same passion as I do. I hope they learn to enjoy the massive openness of my church in gods beautiful splendor. Peace Sean
One of the best RUclips channels I've ever watched. Truly breathtaking content and the most beautiful cinematography. The Canadian government should commission you to film and promote a stunning country. Keep up the great work Monique 👍
Your drone shots are draw dropping amazing. So many of them would make for a beautiful Callander. Like the hair colour. First sighting of a snake & I would have been a quick exist. Aren't you worried one might pay you a visit during the night. What a beautiful place to clear one's head. Hope you found the solitude to what's troubling you. Thank you for another terrific video. Blessing from Victoria Australia 🇦🇺🐨💖💖💖💖💖💖
You made me very happy with your beautiful scenery, the well shot and composed video and a new gadget: the egg cooker. How could I live so long without it? Thanks for your beautiful philosophy spoken with that beautiful voice. Thank you.
Fountain Pens , yes I have 30 now lol, think I may have a thing going on with Fountain pens haha..yes I'll come along, you need a passenger for the drive throughs 😀I will come along via youtube, awesome video backdrops 👍 excavator, the mines employ to drive at Gold or Diamond mines , big $s..a pair of gaitors and boots Monique to protect from prickles snakes etc..gaitors are leg coverings worn from boots to knees 😀
Nice see you using your EcoFlow river pro power box these day I have been using mine too with the air fryer so nice and easy clean up keep up the great videos
Amazing views! Just got back from a week long trip a couple of weeks ago. Itching to get back out on the next trip but first have to replace two tires on the trailer.
Good for you! You're very impressive to me I'm a solo traveler in my truck camper and I enjoy your channel don't worry I'm to old for you but I just want to tell you you're a great inspiration to me thank you!
Amazing documentary as always! Been there last September on our way to Bella Coola. Besides unbelievable scenery, we saw bear print on the top of the sand dune, too.
Monique in this video you talk about driving an excavator when the border gets open there’s a place in Las Vegas United States it’s called the sandbox and you can drive an excavator dump truck bobcat pretty much a lot of heavy equipment thought I’d let you know Brian martin
When I traveled many years ago, my mother was so nervous that it made me nervous too. When I was away, she thinks everything is dangerous so I didn't enjoy traveling.
I may be bugging you at some point for that waypoint ;). Have a good idea of the general area. Hope your travels have been good and it was nice meeting you at the AOAExpo
If you come back to Australia again, say hello, we could organise some off-road trips. Just wandering if you have anything for protection against animals , or what is your plan to do in such situation? Regards from Melbourne! 🏕️
I went to all those spots last year!! I came up from Churn Creek, heading north. I went in at Harrison Lake and crossed over to Nahatlatch, then out to the Fraser and up the BC Hydro road on the west side of the canyon. This year, I just got back last week from my trip up in NW BC and I didn't have a whole lot of time but I did Telkwa Pass and another gorgeous alpine area which I can't reveal; it would be amazing drone footage. I can only reveal if you promise to not release the location. Next year I plan to avoid all highways from Pemberton northwards. Head up the Hurley, then from Gold Bridge continue on up the forest service roads which look to be able to connect through all the way to the Yellowhead Highway between Houston and Prince George. I'd love to spend a month slowly making my way north and exploring all the roads and lakes. This year I came back south on the Dog Creek road from Williams Lake to 70 Mile. It had recently burned which went on for many km.
I planned to come up here thru the canyon as well but fire has been brutal. Got a few tracks in mind up north but idk if I can still catch it before snow covers everything.
How do u go from a rubicon to a land cruiser don’t you feel like you’re losing a little bit of off-road capability for comfortability. Or maybe that’s what u are looking for
I tour on road a lot and IFS is more comfortable for that. when I first got the Landcruiser I was scared to go thru obstacles but overtime i got used to it. They are actually really capable.
This is British Columbia, Canada. The great and affordable satellite communicators are ZOLEO, Garmin InReach, Spot X and Bivy Stick. Google them up, depending where you live in the world the units cost and their subscription plans vary...
@overland lady by adding a long range fuel tank to your vehicle do you feel that it is under powered to keep up on the freeway or going off road? the reason i asked this is because i remember a video where you talked about your SUV being underpowered and I am wondering if that is still the case?
For your security, do you carry a firearm ?. I am an Aussie and moving to Dallas. I am going to buy a significant Super C Motorhome and tour the US and Canada. I am told that my wife and i must have a pistol each. Coming from Australia as you know, certainly not necessary here. What are your thoughts? Love your channel and your Aussie Cruiser 🌹
Unfortunately you cannot carry a pistol. I do have a shorty shotgun for bear defence but not super essential if you watch where you go. I felt safer to carry one.
I have a question. Please don't cancel me if I'm asking the wrong question. Why is it that when a woman does something, almost anything really, why is it important that we all know it's a woman doing it? Is sleeping in your car by yourself really that hard to do? So hard that when a woman does it that info has to be included in the title? I can't imagine sleeping in your car by yourself is exclusively a male thing. Should I really be impressed that a woman rode a bike, climbed a hill, slept in her car, crossed the street, read a book, cooked a meal, carried her groceries, wiped her ass, all by herself? Can someone tell me what's the big deal?

❤️❤️❤️
May I ask how much ground clearance you have with your Land Cruiser? Thank you.
Crush some(6 or 7) garlic's and mix it with glass of water and sprinkle all around your camping setuo so snakes don't cross that line try next time.
@7:42 That was a male cactus
World's longest fuel receipt!!!
Love the videos mam
Do you plan on doing a U.S. adventure?
@7:34 why do you sound so british saying the sentence haha

It’s significantly heavier when fully filled
So you don't camp at all? Where do you sleep when out on the road?
I sleep inside the car. Showed my sleep setup in many other videos
