The Ajax fans at FT were full of class. They were applauding both teams for what was a classic semi final.
Nobody was clapping for the shite anti football, only playing long balls on llorente football.

They weren't the best team, in this game they had less possession than Spurs, created fewer chances than Spurs, had less shots than Spurs, scored less goals than Spurs and lost ... so how the fuck were they the better team?

Lets look at the cold hard facts of Ajax vs Tottenham UCL semi final 2nd leg ... possession 60% in favour of Tottenham, Tottenham had 24 shots to Ajax's 16, of which 7 of Tottenham's shots were on target to Ajax's 4, Tottenham had 9 corners to Ajax's 6 .... but most importantly Tottenham scored 3 goals to Ajax's 2, let's also not forget that on top of scoring 3 goals Tottenham also hit the post and the cross bar, and missed several other very good chances. Ajax also hit the post and had other opportunities to score, but even these were less than the chances Tottenham missed. Ajax played well, but they were not robbed, they lost because they were inferior, the result says they were inferior and the stats say they were inferior .... it might be hard for some fans to take but it is what it is.
Ajax you should be proud of your Champions league this season, you guys were amazing! Spurs you were incredible this game, the way you didn't give up was inspiring. Much respect for both teams from BENFICA fan!

Huge respect Ajax that was a heartbreaking moment you didn't deserve. Up until that second half your champions League campaign was truly amazing. A great young team playing great football. knocking juve and real Madrid out over two legs was truly phenomenal. Fairplay though to spurs they never gave up and the pressure got too much for that young side.
