Basically watched this for the first time when it came out on D plus. Later on at a con I got to meet jim Cummings, and I mentioned this show to him and how much I appreciate it and his work in it. Funny that you brought that up as Jim Cummings starred with both actors on separate shows. Thanks to CatDog, he and Tom Kenny are often considered a dream team. Going back to Bonkers, Rodger Bumpass (the voice of Squidward) had a few roles in this show. He's primarily credited as Grombles, but more people recognize him as the Mean Ol' Wolf from my favorite episode, Never Cry Pig.
I always saw Jim Cummings voicing charters with the same voice as Pete (Fat Cat, Skrawl) but it's nice to see him voice someone with a more high pitched then a deep voice
Maybe in Seth Rogen’s new Darkwing Duck reboot on Disney+, maybe Jim Cummings could reprise his role as Bonkers, in addition to playing NegaDuck! Wouldn’t that be awesome?!

I came here specifically to look for Fall Apart Rabbit being his namesake and Jitters' catchphrase. I do love what I understand, but about 30 years here, fluent English, and yet, maybe the reason this show didn't get its due, maybe because it was one of those cartoons the speech was too fast to fully process regardless of level of language... I feel like that was a thing in the '90s. Granted, my knowledge of '70s and '80s US cartoons is centred around having watched dubs in my language and not spoken this way regardless, but the one downside here is just the spped and running together of speech. I feel like that was done in particularly other kids and family/US anime stuff that me and my dad watched the last few years of his life. Sometimes, it turned up on regular US stuff like Friends or Wings, but I felt like it was more of a deliberate choice for showing a nervous character or whatever, which isn't really anything specific to the time period or to fiction, even. But the whole thing being spoken at NY Auction House speeds, yeah, I think that showed up in other '90s US Kids and Family anime...
